These salt stones are very good, with the exception of one or two of them having internal cracks. They will eventually break, but I’ll replace them at that time. They were packaged very well (each stone wrapped in plastic and in its own small box, like a bar of soap). I’ve already sanded and seasoned the stones with jojoba oil, and I’ll be using them for the first time today at work (I’m a licensed massage therapist, and Himalayan salt stone massage is one I’d my services). To the people complaining about these stones disintegrating, please apply the filter of common sense here. These are SALT stones, and you cannot clean them with water, as you would with basalt hot stones. Salt stones need to be cleaned with a misting of Decon 30 and wiped dry. Also, to the people complaining about getting scratches and skin irritation from the stones, these stones have to be maintained (sanded/smoothed) regularly because they do microscopically degrade, even with proper usage. I did this immediately after unpacking them. These stones, with proper care, will last for years.

Perfect! These are exactly the same stones we used in my doc in abox massage place. Use a good oil and clean them with Benifect Botanical Decon 30.

Great stones but recommended sanding with a fine grit sandpaper before using. They are a little rough right out of the box.

This product was extremely disappointing and even painful to use. As someone who looks for gentle skincare and personal hygiene products, I found this item to be very abrasive—using it felt like rubbing an exfoliant with rough particles directly on my skin. Even when I applied very little pressure, it scratched and irritated my skin to the point of discomfort. I also attempted to use it as a deodorant, but this only made things worse. Instead of protecting my skin or providing any sense of freshness, it actually caused more irritation—a stinging, burning sensation that lingered after application. The texture and harshness made it far less comfortable than any deodorant I’ve used before. For those with sensitive skin, or anyone looking for a product that is supposed to be gentle, I strongly do not recommend this. It does not deliver on its promises and could even cause damage if you are not careful. There are many better alternatives available that don’t risk scratching or harming your skin

I can take the itchiness, it doesn't last long. the scratchiness is bad and hurts like hell, leaving red marks that last a few days. I wish there's a way to filter out the impurities that are so sharp, before recrystallizing the salt into soap size pieces.
