I started to get some moderate tinnitus and found these, read the reviews, and figured I would give them a shot. In under 3 weeks, my tinnitus became frequently silent, though here and there I still have a slight ring for a day or two, and usually when I forget to take them. When I get back on the pills, the symptoms again drop off.

I have been using this product 3 times a day for 5 months now and I can affirm that it does work. It did not start to work in the time frame that it stated it should, but it has lessened the ringing in my ears. To be clear, it has NOT eliminated the noise completely. In quiet places the ringing is almost eliminated, but wherever there is a lot of talking or excessive noise, the ringing volume is intensified. I will continue to take it because when you miss a day the ringing seems to be louder than it ever was. That is my confirmation of how well this product works for me. Others' results may vary, but I tried this product for 3 mos. and noticed absolutely no reduction at all in my tinnitus. It may even be worse, but of course I can't blame the product for that. I'd give it no stars if that was possible. At any rate, I mailed my receipts in a few weeks ago to take advantage of their so-called money back guarantee. To date, I have received no response at all. (Update: A few days after I wrote this review, I received a refund check from the company for the total amount I'd requested. It appears the company is on the up and up, though this product may or may not work for you.)

My ENT ( Ear Nose Throat) doctor told me about this product. I took it religiously, 3 caps a day for 30 days and around the end of the month, I noticed that the ear buzzing was reduced to the point where I didn't even think about it. I would say it reduced it about 65% or more ....I will report back after 60 days because it says on bottle " Guaranteed if used for 60 days." So far, so good. And although its not perfect, I'll take it....its reduced it significantly. I was actually surprised because I was very skeptical. She DID tell me not to take any other supplements with a lot of B vitamins in them because apparently the delicate balance of B is what makes it work so well. Update: Ok, its Jan. 7, 2014, so its been a couple of months....the three times a day capsules have steadily diminished my tintinus or ear buzzing, by about 75%. I ran out and didn't take it for ten days....and the buzzing came back big time. Now, with the capsules, the ear buzzing is such that I don't notice it at all during the day and when its quiet at night, I do notice it a little, at times but its significantly diminished. Its improved to the point where its not annoying and I hardly notice it, even when I am tired or have been talking on the phone alot, both of which used to make it a lot worse. I am very grateful I found this product...its not perfect but it really has made a big difference. I now order two bottles at a time, so I don't run out.

I have had ringing in my ears for a couple of years now. I have to sleep with a sound conditioner at night or I can't fall, or stay, asleep. I always wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep due to the ringing. I was really worried that it was getting worse and that if it did keep getting worse that I would not be able to take it anymore. I went on the internet and was searching for ways to stop if from progressing. Some articles recommended Ginkgo Biloba so I looked on Amazon for it and along the way I saw this too. I got them both and started taking them. I wasn't sure if it would work and I'm sure it probably doesn't work for everyone but it was worth a shot. After just a few days I could really noticed a difference. In fact, I slept all through the night last night and when I woke up this morning the ringing was very faint. I just hope it keeps working and my body doesn't get immune to it. I will pay whatever it takes to stop the ringing in my ears so I'm thrilled to say I think it works. Update 12/07/2015: I no longer have ringing in the ears :) SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT!
