To fold the scooter is a nightmare, very tough to do and when you are paying nearly 300 pounds for a item you expect everything to be quality, the bag it comes in is an absolute waste, first time trying to zip it shut the zip burst, when i lifted up the bag by the handles the stitching ripped, the bag is not fit for purpose, the handles on the bike could be better aswell, the speed is good and it charges reasonably quickly and charge lasts as described

The scooter was perfect the first four weeks. Today i went to work and when i left after work it wasn't working anymore. Taking long to turn on and then turning off by itself. I assume it's because it got a bit of water inside. Which makes this even worse as the product clearly says ots water proof. Very disappointed with the liars who made this.

Loved the scooter used it for 3 weeks to commute to work 14km a day but rear light lens came out whilst on a trip and then light itself packed up which did not really bother me, now scooter will not charge, charger stays on green even when battery dead, bough a new charger as hopeing it was charger but was £25 wasted as not the charger

The scooter is very light,therefore if you are going in a bumpy are your scooter will vibrate a lot which can be very annoying.the handles feels cheap but overall the whole scooter feels cheap! It does not even go 30kpm! Not good im afraid

All I will say it's wasn't a bad scooter I had a few minor faults with it sent back got a refund that the person was happy to deal with my complaint

Fastest speed on flat terrain is 28kmph I've had so far. Downhill obviously even faster and it will keep accelerating down hill.I'll continue using it as a commuter and update the review if anything changes over time.
