These will fit larger wrists, but they are adjustable and perfectly (and surprisingly) fit our almost 2 year old. They are really cute and not too bulky. The only thing that would make them better is if they said "no hummus, crackers, bread, or anything else sesame hides in!" Great quality and great price.

I purchased this for my 5 year old son because he is starting Kindergarten this year which makes me very nervous with eating lunch at school, having multiple teachers for gym, art, etc and when there is a substitute teacher. Plus I know birthday parties are going to be starting and playing at kids houses when mom is not around, so I want to have something to notify and remind people of his allergy. He is not great about always verbalizing his allergy which is why I got the bracelet by allermate. I love it! It is silicone so no need to worry about it when it gets wet or dirty, just wash it with our dishes. He is a skinny 5 year old and he uses the smallest setting on the bracelet, if I would have gotten it for him when he was younger it would have been too big for him. What a great medical alert bracelet, plus it is so cute.
