For what are those adhesive black letters ?

on top of the suit case near the handle there are 3 little square recessed areas. You take the stickers (which are like this plastic) and you place a letter for each of your initials in the squares for identification. My wife and I have matching suitcases so this helps us know which is which by simply looking at them.

How do i open the luggage for the first time? There is no operation manual in my package

I am assuming that you have the top and bottom clips already opened and are having issues getting the combination lock open. The factory lock combination should be 000.

What is the outside diameter with wheels?

With wheels is 28”. Suitcase itself is 26”.
