KOHLER Adjustable P-trap with tubing outlet, 1-1/2" x 1-1/2"

I purchased this unit to go along with a vintage 1928 Standard Sanitary Manufacturing Co. P6815 20x42 sink that I am restoring. The underside of the sink will be exposed and open for viewing so I wanted something that was well made and good looking - not the builder-grade junk from Home Depot or Lowes. This unit is awesome, heavy and very well made. It will be a nice addition to the sink. I'll post pictures once its installed.

This is a beautifully made piece of plumbing hardware - meant to be viewed. I also like that it has a screw at the bottom of the P-trap in case a ring or something goes down the drain. I am not a plumber or know much about plumbing but just by picking this piece up, you can feel the quality. One thing, I did get a discount on it because I purchased the damaged box one that was offered. It arrived in perfect shape. Just thought I would share that piece of information. All in all, it is a pleasure to see something so well-made.

This part was required to install the Kohler Brockway sink. Love love the look of this sink but after all is said and done (with all the parts you have to buy - 2 faucets, P-trap, spa dish) and plumber install, this was probably a $2,500 investment! Sink is very heavy so expect to have to add support beams and to move the sink drains. Photo shows how amazing the sink looks though!

This product is great, however the finish sleeve that came in the box was different size from the P-Trap. P-Trap is a 1 1/2 inch, however the finish sleeve is only 1 1/4. This one piece has been extremely hard to find as an individual piece replacement, which is very frustrating.

Quality materials and workmanship.

This p-trap is beautiful. However plumber did not see it and used other pipe. I had to return, Amazon as usual was great about return. Very expensive looking.

heavy but nice. Fitted perfectly in our case. I needed just to buy a slip joint nut and a suitable extension tube (all standard).

Heavy duty, pretty. Much nicer than what my plumber had bought.

Very high quality, can’t be found in regular stores
