this I picked up originally from a health food store and found it on Amazon a little cheaper for my follow up purchase. I definitely recommend the stuff. It's very tasty and will help you drink a lot of water.

This product taste better with juice not with water.

I love this product because I am a collegiate runner who needs to refuel my electrolytes with replenished nutrients and restored hydration powder mix that I put in my water bottle almost daily. This product is the perfect way to refuel the electrolytes in my body.

Flavourful is terrible, it is far too tart!! It also does not dissolve well. Loove else where for Stevia sweetened product... I will return.

I really like Zhou’s Hydro-Fuel workout powder! This product is packed with electrolytes that keep me at optimal performance throughout the whole workout. I also feel like I’ve lessened my recovery times post work out. My favorite thing about this product is the great taste with natural flavors and ZERO sugar. Win, win! I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Lemon-Lime flavor.And lemon lime is not even one of my favorite drink flavors.So on the container, it is suggested we mix one scoop of this with12 oz of water.I took a 20oz bottle, filled it with water and poured one scoop of this over the water, capped it, and shook (not me, the bottle).At 20 oz, this still had a pretty intense lemon lime flavor, which I enjoyed.There was some initial settling, so the first few times that I took a swig of this during my workout, I had to shake the bottle again to emulsify the product that had settled at the bottom of my bottle. In general however, it does stay mixed well and it did mix well initially.I like the flavor, I like the hydration,and it seemed to help during and after my strength training workout.If there was one thing I could change about this, it would be the carbohydrate content.Although there is no added sugar, this does have four grams of carbohydrates per scoop.For someone that is trying to control their carbs, (me) that's a little on the high end for a drink.Other recovery type drinks can be as low as 1 carb. This product contains caffeine however it isn’t listed as caffeine it’s listed under matcha green tea which 1. Really sucks as if I would’ve drank it I would’ve died and 2. They don’t accept returns even though by all means what they have done is illegal. Oh also the taste isn’t worth the cost. It’s a 0 from me dawg.
