Is a Renart a really foxy lady?
What do you do when, at the age of 15, you're considered an adult? You not only have the responsibilities of adulthood, but you do get to take advantage of the adult vices. You can smoke, drink, and should you chose, visit the Pleasure Quarter of the city where young ladies of the evening are ready and willing to introduce you to the joys of intimacy for a reasonable price.Keeping with the thought that this book is for young men, Fujino Ōmori, the author, keeps it as clean as possible. I mean, while our hero, Bell, is 15, he seems to go out of his way to hold on to his virginity. This is a conflict of his personality as he went to Orario specifically to meet girls. He's had goddesses want his bod, he rescued and rehabilitated the legal loli supporter, Lily, who competes against his goddess, Hestia, for Bell's attention. Every volume, it seems, adds another girl to his harem. Sorry, I find it hard to believe that a horny 15 year old would actually be clueless enough to hold on to his virginity against all the women that would gladly accept his virginity.Aside from that, the story, like every previous LN in the series, is fast paced with a small sector of the city that he has to fight to not only keep his virginity, but to also save the life of a sweet Renart who is target by her owner, for a demi-human sacrifice.Ōmori spends a lot of time world building, and, while our hero's stories usually involve the dungeon labyrinth under the city, this volume all but ignores that part of Bell's life. Instead the action focuses on him trying to rescue a renart. The characters are well crafted, and one in particular, the top Amazon adventurer in the bordello is created just to give you someone to loathe. I hated the character so much that it generally caused me to put the book down and walk away until I could get my emotions under control.

A DID Story
Spoiler alert when reading this review. The seventh and lengthiest novel so far in this series by Fujino Omori is a very enjoyable DID (Damsel in Distress) story. A concept of story telling that serves as a major plot device for Bell and the new character Haruhime, who both find a common interest in fairy tales.Bell is being chased yet again by another group and is finally caught. It is made perfectly clear that Bell is not the top of the food chain in terms of adventurers but somehow remains the most desired. His resolve is tested here in a very well done manner that sharpens the character as a man and hero. There is a choice present that anybody who has anyone they care about protecting would struggle with making. Even Bell crumbles in weighing the risks. He does kinda sorta find out who has been stalking him in end of this piece. The more that is learned about Haruhime, the greater the desire it is to protect her. She is a damsel who can seem bland at certain moments but has a very interesting background as the story progress. Still feel the need to protect afterwards and Fujino Omori wrote an excellent 'awe' moment near the end. She has got to be the sweetest among the girls Bell now has in his life. Aiz Wallenstein and Hestia are going to have a run for their money regarding their place in the young man's heart.Even though this is the longest written story for these characters, it seems there should have been more filler in the epilogue on how things were going to settle with Bell and crew. There was a somewhat calm moment at the beginning for them to breathe in settling into the new home, but that was short lived and very much absent in the end. Maybe, give Bell a normal wakeup filled with interactions regarding the girls and guy all under one roof? While the story is done tastefully as can be, there is a question of adult content that may not be suitable for the suggested age of 13 and up. With artwork and light explicit moments here and there this book should be adjusted for maybe 16 and up. Overall, it was a very enjoyable story and I was pained to see fewer and fewer pages as I pressed on. I will be buying the next installment and looking forward to seeing how things have turned out for the Hestia Familia.

Excellent next step on the path to a hero
Great entry into the series. Be forewarned though in many ways the tone for this is far darker than in previous volumes... Also by its very nature more... mature. I am unsure if the term Fanservice covers it, or maybe fanDiservice. By the product description fair amounts of the book take place in the cities Red Light District. For those unfamiliar with the term, it means the field of Prostitution plays heavily into the story. And that can be a frankly touchy subject to walk through. Fujino Omori handles it well though, without being overly in your face, unlike some authors I can name.Hestia Familia however continues to get stronger with its new members gained in the previous volume, and seemingly we are starting to spend a volume of the story on telling a story for each of the characters. This one is Largely Mikoto's book (I believe the next will be more Lily Centric), and we learn more about the young samurai girl from the east, as well as more about just who and what the Takemikazuchi familia is. Oh Bell is still the Hero, and he really does get to show off his hero chops in this one. But Mikoto has plenty of opportunities to show why she is a badass in her own right. Now I am sure some will complain about the amount of girls our poor little white bunny has chasing after him, but the vast majority of the girls in this case go way more into the disservice part of the fanservice spectrum. When this vol gets animated I am fully expecting the need to tone it down a lot. Lets face it, Amazons tend to be Barbarian classes.... and Barbarians don't tend to wear a whole lot (Imagine Conan in full plate.... silly) and well... the big bad goddess of this book Ishtar, is the Mesopotamian East Semitic (Akkadian, Assyrian and Babylonian) Goddess of Fertility and love... so picture Freya from this series (who gets to flex her evil chops) but with less scruples.I am however starting to spill over into Spoiler territory here, so I will sum it up, Fans of the previous entries should enjoy this (and hey they actually spend a bit of time in the Dungeon this time)

Great Story
Bell becomes friends a fox girl Haruhime or an erant with special powers who is forced to become a prostitute., but Bell is too kind and attempts to rescue her. Unfortunately the Goddess Ishtar has her eyes on him as she hates Freya for being more popular than she is, she runs an entire Pleasure district so I'm in favour with Freya. I couldn't put this book down as I wanted to see Haruhime ring rescued and Ishtar getting what she deserves.

Not just a typical heroic story this time
If you are reading this, you probably already have a good idea of which characters are involved and what setting so i will just cut to the chase. This volume is the best yet and the first one that i had significant problems putting down. You get more of the characters you already know and love and more besides with more effort placed into the world building. The main heroine this time came across as a typical damsel in distress at first but with a interesting twist although i was a little disappointed with how the author decided to address her 'issue' in the end because of how it could have played out if left as is but what happened fit the overall style of the book so was was not too surprised. Great addition to the series with thought provoking themes this time round, would recommend without a doubt.

Plots are revealed
Slightly darker than the other books of the series, whilst trying to help a new member of his familia Bell inadvertently gets caught up in the schemes and Jealousy of a Goddess of Beauty, as factions within the dungeon city of Orario start to move.Just how strong is the strongest adventurers and familia? Can Bell stay true to his ideal of what a hero should be?

Another great addition to the series.
When our hero Bell finds Haruhimi in the 'Pleasure District,' after an unexpected turn of events, how will he save him self and someone who thinks she does not deserve to be saved? Another girl enters Bell's life and his harem!
