Seems to be a good quality supplement
I heard that selenium and especially vitamin E are helpful for anti-aging. I think a lot of supplements,It’s hard to know if it’s really helping. But I trust Shaklee supplements and have been happy with their service and products. The tablets are not too large or uncomfortable to swallow. No weird aftertaste or odor.

Fresh Shaklee Vitamins at last!
Shaklee distributors are struggling and have to buy products to stay afloat. The customer could end up with expired vitamins not that they’re bad or anything.

LOVE Shakelee! Only vitamin that is really a vitamin and can help with back pain.
I take the 4 basic vitamins and my back pain goes from a 6 to a 0. Incredible. Has worked for me for years. I've had to up my dosage from 1 of each every morning to 1 of each morning and night along with sometimes in the afternoon if it is a strenuous day. Amazing!
