The media could not be loaded. Jeprox is a dried salted fish .Jeprox is a rich source of protein, vitamin D and calcium.I loved it , had a similar taste of codfish .

Too chewy and seemed ‘old’. I don’t recommend.

With all the reviews saying "its just skin and bone" or "theres no meat!" Its supposed to be that way. Its smelt. You fry it for a minute or so in hot oil until its crispy. Its more or less a fish cracker. Its supposed to be think and crispy. And its supposed to make your house smell like a fish market after you fry it. It tastes amazing though. I have already purchased it two more times. Im making it for my mom when she comes to visit. This is a filipino delicacy. Jeprox..Dip it in some vinegar that has onions and hot peppers in it. Eat with rice and tomatoes. Soooooo good.

So glad to find this online. Sometimes it is hard to find Asian food my mom and I crave. I love that I found this here on Amazon. I repurchased this jeprox many times and have been completely satisfied with each purchase. Comes well packed every time and fries up great. My mom and I recently tried air frying these and WOW!! They come out crispy and delicious. Just spray some oil on the jeprox and pop them into the air fryer for a few minutes. They come out soooo crispy and delicious! This way is so much easier than frying. We will continue to be a repeat buyer since we have no Asian food places near by. Thank you.

Very thin cut of skin and not the meat part of the fish.
