塩分強めです。スープ等にすると出汁の味より塩味が勝ってしまうので、お塩代わりに何にでも使ってます。美味しいお塩だと思って使うととても良い調味料です！

期待していなかったですが、すごく味が深くなり美味しいスープができました！有機なので健康にもよいし。ただ、塩っけが強いかもしれません。

これで野菜たっぷりの洋風煮込みを作ると、温かくても冷やしても、とても美味しいです。重宝しています。
