This is a true pharmaceutical grade Propylene Glycol. Many products claim to be pharmaceutical grade, but often this is just a marketing term and a product isn't truly so. Two factors need to be true for an product to be pharmaceutical grade. The first is, the product must comply with either a USP or NF monograph (set of standards), and secondly the product must be manufactured in an facility that is registered with the FDA as a drug manufacturer.
