Very cool game
Of all the iXL games that we have seen (three), this one is by far the hit. It has a lot of options and the story portion is very interactive. The games teach in a subtle way so that the kids really just think it is fun and not educational. My son is 3 1/2 and this is really a very cool game to learn coordination, when to make Buzz jump and the "getting stuck in trash is dangerous" never gets old and he repeats it over and over again. Two big thumbs up!

Great learning experience
I bought this for my granddaughter. Cute game for kids of all ages. Worked great. As advertised. No problems with loading.

Fun to play
My son got this for Christmas along with the handheld IXL. I hadn't realized that the game would have to be loaded on the computer and then transfered to the handheld device. On Christmas Day Fisher-Price must have had a very high volume due to children receiving this for Christmas because we couldn't get the site to work and got very frustrated. By the next day everything worked fine, but I felt sorry for him as his siblings were playing with the games they got for Christmas that they could just put in their systems and use and he was asking why his wouldn't work.

It's okay, not a lot of games for the price
I spent at least $10 on this game, but not sure I feel it's worth the $10. My 2 year old is tired of the games already and can zip through them quickly. She's bored of it already.

What a joke... iXL games are really more like skins
We got the iXL for my 4yr old son about a year ago and he really hasn't shown much interest in it. In a few weeks he's having surgery, so we're getting together some books and toys for the hospital. I thought a few new games for the iXL would be a nice treat, and maybe spark some interest in it (it was a little too pricey to see it go to waste). AND since he's on a HUGE Toy Story kick, this seemed like a good fit. What a disappointment! All it adds is 3 little games. One "find the toys" (based on their silhouettes), one number recognition, and one letter/spelling recognition. The Art Studio, MP3 Player and Photo Viewer are all the same *exact* applications that come pre-installed - they just have Toy Story logos slapped on. I am just floored... really... the exact same content wrapped in a Toy Story 'skin'. The MP3 player doesn't add any new songs, it just shows Toy Story Character (faces) going by while the same 4 pre-installed songs play. Same with the photo editor... no new stamps, just Toy Story tunes while you color (if you even keep the volume on). There's also a story-reader... maybe that will be worth more than I'm expecting. We'll see. But if this is the iXL standard for their games, I'll be returning the others before opening/installing. What a ripoff. Equivalent Nook or Droid apps would cost about 99cents.

great game!
My 3 year old loves this! He is able to play all three mini games ( he did have trouble with the maze at first). He also loves the story and I like that it asks comprehension questions afterwards. Very worth the price!

Well made system
Bought this for a 4 year old. I like that the games load into the player, so no cartridges to loose. He can play it easily on his own without adult help. The game keeps him engaged for long periods of time with the various options available.
