Sector 7 - ID Badge Holder - 1 to 3 Cards - RFID Scannable - Minimalist - Lightweight - (Black Plastic)

I've had other badge/card holders that were overly complicated and ended up with broken hinges or cracks. This holder looks simple, but it is lightweight and durable, while still being able to efficiently handle 1 to 3 tokens, CAC cards, ID cards, drivers license, etc. The cards fit into a recessed space and are held in place by tension tabs. With the flick of your thumb, you can slide your top card out for easy access. I don't know anything about plastics, but this holder is flexible with smooth edges, and yet still sturdy. I like that it is made in the US, so I can trust that the plastics used are safe to handle long term. I see there are some anonymous poor ratings and assume they are from global competitors trying to keep this American upstart from taking off.

Do you dislike badge holders bulkier than your wallet or phone?Do you need to hold 3 cards in your badge holder?Well this is about the only game in town.Is it perfect?No. Getting badges in n out is a bit of a hassle and I haven't had it long enough to talk durability.

Feels cheap, it holds your work badge

I returned mine. It just wasn't what I was looking for in a badge protector, but that's where I read it wrong; This holds badges, not protects.As I was doing several searches for a badge protector, I was under the impression that this would have some kind of clear plastic with the black holder to help protect the card. Even if it was just on one side, I'd have been fine with it. I needed something durable to keep my card from getting cracked, which this holder would probably do an okay job on, and I needed something to keep my badge from getting all types of paint, solvents, and other chemicals splattered on it. This would absolutely not help any of that.TL;DR--For an office job that requires no overly physical work, yeah, I'd recommend this piece. It is durable, and it would be easy to slide the needed card out of the holder. It holds one card just as well as it would hold three.For those of us who have physically demanding jobs that can get messy at times, no, I would never recommend this. There are no protective qualities on this, even from cracking the card itself if one happens to be working at the "right" angles and/or against other equipment to make this so. Durable for light duty, yes, but not for heavy.

Great product. I work at a hospital and needed one that can hold 3 cards, this does perfectly. Over-priced for be just being a piece of plastic though.

I like this better than that floppy clear plastic I was replacing once a month. This has held up twice as long, and it’s made in USA. I like buying things made where I’m from.

Low quality. My ID was tougher than this holder was. So bad, I threw it straight into the trash. Don’t waste your money like I did.

I have to pull my card out alot to log on multiple pc's at work. This holder makes that easy and secure. I like that it can hold 1 card without it rattling. The fit is perfect.
