Finally!
This story was just simply beautiful. It was well written, with sharply developed characters, a plausible story line, and just the right balance between humor and seriousness. The plot was believable and the mood of the story created a variety of emotions in me, as the reader. I love romance novels, but many of them tend to be shallow and poorly written. Not this one! Finally, I have stumbled upon a black author who can really craft a romance story well. I'm excited to read more of Ms. Avery's work.

Really sweet
This was such a sweet read. Admittedly, I even shed some tears. It was my first time reading this author, but I definitely plan to read this whole series and other books by this author. The book was very well written;I loved the perspectives and insights that each of the characters had to offer, and I liked the slow build up of Q and L's relationship...mostly. It was different than most other books where the characters have already taken it to another level by the 2nd date and then end up pregnant after 1 month. LolHowever the slow build it up in this one might've been too long, especially since the Epilogue was so short. We didn't get to really see them as a true couple out in the open, know how the town reacted to them finally being together, and whether they expanded their family. Maybe we will get that in a follow-up, but would've loved to have seen a little more into that side within this book.Little Z was too cute and I loved every minute of reading his character. This is just a good wholesome, feel good book. Nothing overly exciting going on, yet it was still a page turner for me.

A beautifully written novel
I'm not a professional book reviewer, so, there's that.I loved this story for the tenderness of the storytelling. That's the best way to describe how I felt after reading the last page (or rather, hearing the last narrated line).I felt as though I were wrapped in a big, warm blanket of hope, love, joy and faith.Mayor of a charming small town, (Honey Hill) divorced Mom, Lunden Pierce and her six year old son, Zachary were the central characters, along with business man, Quade Cannon, who spent youthful summers in Honey Hill and after years away returns to settle a relatives estate.Lunden and Quade were childhood friends, but lost touch until his return to Honey Hill.I liked how the characters were developed. There was the right amount of backstory to advance the storyline. It all came together so nicely. I loved getting lost in this story. Pure enjoyment is why it gets all the stars!

Lunden, Quade, and Z.
I started this series backward order, but somehow, that made it even better. Getting a glimpse of each character before actually reading their story for some reason gave me a bigger view of who they were. I truly enjoyed all three couples and their people. Little Z is still my favorite character, but all gave joy. Hoping to see the lawyer and ex-con next now that should be really interesting.

Forever Love-143
I loved this sweet story. It was kind of touch and go when the betrayal was revealed and hurtful things were said, but love prevailed. Quade thought he was a city guy, but it turns out that small town life was more his calling. So Quade and Lunden and yes, Zachary too, are heading down that path to FOREVERMORE!

But in small town Honey Hill. Nothing is a secret and what the gossips don't tell, Lundens 6 year olf son Zachary definitely willFall in love with Honey Hill and its collection of towns people as the future of Ms Sugga's Inn as well as the town all rest on Quade's determination to sell the inn.

Not very interesting, repetitive.
Rather repetitive, not the usual reading where I can’t put it down!
