Wow they are so comfortable and increase height perfect!! Very very happy and well worth every penny!!

My wife is an average height woman. Although I am taller than she is, I am slightly under the average height for a man. It does not bother either one of us and it's usually not noticeable, but when she wear heels sometimes it is obvious. The Ailaka Gel Height Increase Insoles help out with this issue. These insoles come in different heights, so I chose the ones that are 1.37”, and they really make a noticeable difference in my height. They are VERY comfortable too, since they are made of a gel like, yet firm substance, that provides shock absorption for the heel area of my feet. They stay in place, but come with an adhesive strip to use if you wish. I wore the insoles all day at work, during a busy day in which I had to be on the go all day, and my feet felt great at the end of the day. For these reasons, I’m rating these insole as the best ever!

These lift are exactly what I was looking for, very happy with the results. They will not hide well or fit into ordinary shoes, but worked very well in my rain boots, or any boots for that matter.They seem well made and designed nicely! Literally life changing, super cool and comfortable!

"Ailaka Gel Height Increase Insoles, Heel Height: 1.5cm" are as nice a cushioning gel heel pad as the well-known brand. They fit well but the rigid, outside of the back edge may cause discomfort for some. The 1.5cm do not add significant height, so if you simply need a heel cup you should consider this height.

These are very comfortable to wear, they provide shock absorption for the feet and reduces fatigue, they are durable they feel soft and flexible it helps reduce pain when standing for long periods of time, they stick to the insole of the shoe and don’t slide, they do increase hight. Recommend it! Good Product!

These seem to be less elevated than I expected based on the measurements. They are comfortable, though.

These are just what I’ve been looking for. I went for the lowest height as I wanted a small rise in a flat boot. They are easy to fit in the boot, don’t slip out of place and are very comfortable to wear.

I used these insoles for my wellington boots which doesn't have much support for heel. The insoles are life changer.. they add much more comfort when walking. My heel feels supported, not aching any more and even warmer. The base of the insoles are made of sillicone which stops it from sliding inside the boot. It also depends on type of main insoles..if they are leather like-then these shorter insoles will surely stay in place. If more fabric-like insoles, then obviously it will depends on widenes of the boots. Personally, for me, these insoles do their job and I'm happy with them.. They could help people with heel spurs as these rised insoles are much softer than typical flat insoles.I can recommend them.

Firstly when purchasing the gel height pads, your heels sit nicely in them, and no sliding about.As well as gel spongey softness, the heel increments are decent, once stood up straight. Not ridiculously high, decent I would say, but not to obvious to look silly.The height pads are good at what they do, too high may cause bone discomfort or back. So always read the manufacturers information.To use quite simply peel off the back cover, insert into heel position. Should stick fairly well. I put ours in my husbands new boots I bought for Christmas. He hasn’t been anywhere to wear, however we have noticed in his leather boots, the pad isn’t as wide as his boots. So not sure how he will feel regarding the height. Comfy though, and certainly can feel the spongey gel.Hand wash only and hang with a peg on the line, or hang on on the clothes horse.In the box, there is a leaflet to explain how to use, however some misprinting.The tiny gel in soles give heel comfortUnisexI love heel pads, and definitely worth it and a decent price.Anyone that walks a lot, or on their feet long hours may feel a lot better towards legs and ankles aching.⭐️Thank you to the seller⭐️I hope my review helps you
