Q: what size for 5ft 9 in, 145 lbs?

I bought medium and I’m 5’4 145 with a more curvy bottom. I should have bought a large. Hope this helps!

Q: The size chart is for tops. Is there a size chart for the leggings?

I didn't find a size chart so I ordered them in my usual size. I'm 5' 2", 150 lbs & hippy. I wear a medium/large or size 10/12. I couldn't get them past my thighs so they were probably 2 sizes too small. I returned them & bought another brand - 90 Degree By Reflex in size large. Perfect fit.

Q: Are these high waisted or mid-rise? I can't tell from pictures and don't see anything in the description

they just fit to the waist. they are very comfortable and warm.
