Best Laser parking assistant in my opinion
Most of the similar product out there only have a dot, but with a line (or cross if u use both laser together) it is a game changer. Also it came with a sound senor instead of a motion sensor which is brilliant too (because any garage door open will makes noise) for the future version I would like to have two crosses, one for guiding you to entering the garage and one for stopping, or support two car with cross laser guide. Good product, just a little pricey :)

Works for Two CARS UNLIKE other brands..... WORKS GREAT!!!!!
OK, so I received one of the other brands first that says: "Dual Laser Garage Assist Parking Guide Aid Car Garage Sensor 360-Degree Adjustable Park Guide" and found that it worked fine but that I could NOT install it between the two cars in my three car garage because you could not bend the laser's up far enough to reach both cars. The so called "360-Degree" of freedom is for a small circle when the two cars are almost touching. Not for a regular two car garage where the cars are separated by 5 or 6 feet. I could use it on one car and it worked fine for that, but not both. So that is what I did. Then I got tired of trying to line up the two "single dots" and bought this unit. IT IS GREAT!!!! The lasers easily adjust not only in a 360 degree circle but also up high enough to cover both cars without an issue. Not only that, but the unit operates on the sound of the garage door opener. It says to attach the sound detection unit to the garage door opener but you don't have to. I attached it to the ceiling. It detects either one of my garage door openers when they go on. (actually, it goes on when I open the door from the house to the garage, or when any one of the three garage door openers go on) In fact, if you clap your hands it goes on. Additionally, it does not project a single dot. It projects a 12 - 14 inch line which you can rotate or adjust any way you want. (if you want it for a single car you could do crosshairs) I fixed the two laser lines so they each project a line on the dashboard of each car. I no longer have to hunt for a stupid dot to decide where to park and get it correct. I only have to get the laser line past a certain point on my dashboard and I know I am in the garage far enough and can close the garage door. The given cord is very long. I used little white clips to attach the line to the ceiling and since the wire was so long, I bunched the wire up like you would any cord and taped it with white electricians tape so it matched my white plastered ceiling. Looks fine. The unit itself is smaller than the picture on Amazon looks, but that is ok. Works Great. Highly recommend. OH and by the way, I don't have stock in the company and I did not get the unit free, it cost me $30. I may buy another one for my third door.

Bright red lines make it easy to park 2 vehicles
I installed this on the ceiling of our 2-car garage with one laser pointing at the dash of each vehicle. The installation was fairly easy. I left the sound sensor hanging with the bundled power cord between the device and the power outlet. It reliably detects the sound of the garage door opening and closing as well as other sounds (car doors opening and closing, items rattling, etc.) in the garage. It takes 2 people to easily align the laser line with the desired location on the vehicle because you can't see the laser line when you are near the device. However, the laser line is easily visible on the dashboard when inside the vehicle. One person can do the alignment but it's time-consuming with a lot of back and forth between the device and the driver's seat.I'm very happy with the GoodChief Universal Laser Parking Assist (model GCUP21) after one month.

Best Parking Aid Design
I don't usually get excited about products that I buy on Amazon. They're normally just a commercial product that fulfills a need and either does what it should or doesn't. This product is different. I started by looking at those hanging tennis ball parking guides because I didn't have any tennis balls lying around and didn't feel like going to a store to buy a tin of them (they come in 3-packs). My search turned up a couple of wall mounted lights which go from green to yellow to red based on ultrasonic detectors. That seemed like an improvement over tennis balls because of being progressive and not having something like a tennis ball hanging in the way when the car isn't in the garage. But the reviews were mixed including lots of complaints about the annoying beeper/buzzer, that they're on all the time, and that they eat batteries. Then I found some laser based guides that put a red dot on your dash to help determine your position. This seemed even better except that the dot could be hard to see in brighter light and they use somewhat unreliable motion detection for turning on and off. Then I found this Laser Line Parking Assist. It seemed to have all the advantages without the drawbacks of the other devices so I figured I'd give it a try for under $30. I installed it this weekend and I am truly amazed at the ingenuity and functionality of this little device. It creates a pair of lines which you can line up on the two axes of your parking space so that one line provides a left/right guide and the other a forward/back guide. The lines are bright enough to be easily visible inside the garage even with the overhead light on and sunlight coming through the open door from behind. They turn on and off with the garage door opener light so they are available when you need them pulling in and go off automatically a few minutes after you leave the car. As you're pulling in you can line up with the left/right line while it's still on your hood and then stop when the forward/back line reaches a predetermined point on your dash through the windshield. This is truly one of those "why didn't I think of that?" products that just makes good sense. Now, nothing is perfect. It really is designed for garage door openers that have two light bulbs. Mine has only one and using an extension with side outlets (to retain the light and still be able to plug in the laser power supply) would have made it impossible to close the light cover. So I went to the local hardware store and bought one of those Y sockets that allow you to put two bulbs into one socket. The angle of the Y allowed me to retain the original light bulb without interfering with the cover and then put the 2-prong outlet that came with the device into the other bulb socket. If you have a single bulb garage door opener, you may have to experiment a little to plug in the device and still have your light. A measure of last resort might be to run a short extension cord from the garage door opener light socket to an external ceiling mount light fixture. A simple light bulb socket with a side electrical outlet for the laser module is only $7 here on Amazon. The other thing I didn't like was the use of wire nuts to connect the wire pair from the laser module to the pair from the 5-volt wall wart that you plug into the garage door opener light. I understand that it's a simple solution for buyers who aren't electrically proficient but it's not my choice for a secure connection. You could solder and heat shrink as someone has suggested or in my case I had lots of automotive wiring connectors around so I just added a 2-prong connector between the two wires. It has been suggested that you can use this for two cars by pointing each of the lasers at different parking spaces. That is true but the reason the power plug and laser module don't come pre-wired together is so that you can add additional laser modules to the same power plug. Having the two perpendicular light lines for each car is such a benefit that I would definitely buy two modules, wire both to the one power plug, and mount them so they provide the "cross hairs" for each car.
