To clarify, Amazon provides this gift message in their warehouse. We, Nikki’s Gift Baskets, do not have anything to do with adding the note. The gift message is printed on a piece of paper, which also has the gift receipt. It is included in the shipping box, like a packing slip. Sometimes recipients do not realize that this paper has the gift message, and think it was not included. This is the only method offered by Amazon. Again, since Amazon stores and ships our product, we do not personally add the note.

The final stage is wrapping the gift and shipping them to amazon for fulfillment where they are stored. This process means that noone has touched the sealed products for weeks or months. Since you are worried about covid-19. The virus does not survive on surfaces for that long of a time period.
