This is the first for me. I'm writing a review just after having received these two duvets. I ordered two queens. They are effing amazing. Beautiful quality,good feel, and the price is remarkable.

I kept coming back to this cover but not ordering because the close-up pics didn't look like dark blue was a major color in the pattern, but the distance shot looked like it was. I couldn't find anything else I really liked, so I took a chance and ordered it.My impression from the close up photo was correct, it has a mid/dark turquoise element that really overshadows the dark blue.I've had this on my light wood bed with dark blue sheets for a while, and I still can't totally decide whether I actually like it. The pattern is overly busy if you look closely. The fabric is very lightweight/thin and feels sheer. I want to not like it, but somehow it really works.The pillowcases are nice to lay on, the fabric doesn't seem to wrinkle no matter what you do to it, I like the zip closure, and it fits my king-size comforter very well. I've washed it a few times and it comes out looking fabulous. I think you could put a lot of different colors with this and have it look good. Once it's on the bed, I think it looks elegant and much more expensive than it was. When I look at it closely, I'm still not sure what I like about it, but as you can probably tell, I do!

Despite the fact that I’m not a fan of blue (my first set paisley gold on blue) in my home, this duvet set changed my mind as it is absolutely beautiful. I’ve always been a friend of paisley and this print is it. Couldn’t resist and purchased a second set in beige/ orange/brown colors and love it as well. See pictures above. Will post a picture of the 1st set asap.Why do I like multi-colored duvet covers? It’s fun to match with colored sheets: the golden paisley on blue: golden sheets or any other color matching. I used a light salmon-colored sheet set with the “tulip” duvet. There are so many options to try and last not least, spots are hard to make out.The material is soft but strong, easy care - perfect for Spring & Summer!The only things I dislike: 1) the pillow cover opening is at the end and pillows spill out as both materials are slippery and a plump pillow will not stay in. I prefer the opening in the center as it stays in better.2) the ties inside the duvet cover are actually smallish loops & some very loose strings, there’s no way they can be attached to the loops on the insert! Again, slippery materials will slip & slide and you end up having to “find” the corners almost daily to evenly distribute insert.Amazon offers several reasonably priced attachments!With every set of duvet & pillow covers you can change your bedroom from contemporary to whimsical, from fur-like covers to spring flowers, everything is possible.This set is beautiful and priced right, perfect for self or as gift.

I bought the gold paisley pattern.I’d give this 4.5 stars, maybe 5, if the alleged “ties” inside were actually ties. They are, in fact, loops. Short loops. I’m pretty sure that it’s an accepted fact that the duvet itself is the part that has loops on each corner. I'm going out on a limb here, no manufacturer of down comforters has ties on the corners. It’s comparable to buying a piece of that Nordic furniture that we get to put together and getting the wrong bag of screws, which by the way is a sure fire way to guarantee a divorce even if the screws are all included- Pro Tip: put that pile of boards and metal together all by yourself unless you are looking for a divorce.So the duvet cover arrived yesterday. I promptly washed and dried it. Then upon unzipping it SURPRISE! Loops. I have had more contentious problems to solve so I created a marginal fix by using 1/8” satin ribbon to attach the cover to my duvet.I’d have sent it back except there’s very little choices of affordable covers that aren’t plain colors. I have 4 other duvet covers and I know, for me, I cannot tolerate a heavy cover over the down comforter. I want light weight as I don’t like being straight-jacketed under a heavy duvet. I have a beautifully made 100% Egyptian cotton cover but it’s so heavy it’s just sitting in my linen closet. I turned to microfiber after I was shocked to find just how soft and comfy the fake fabric is. It’s also super lightweight.This cover looks very nice and the print is crisp & nicely defined. The tones are gorgeous.I love its look but the seller does themselves a disservice by shipping it in its original plastic packaging that is not secured and can be opened by simply unzipping it. Also it looked awful through the clear scratched up plastic. One reviewer mentioned this and said they didn’t bother to remove it because it looked horrible within the plastic. The seller slaps a shipping label right on the plastic and it’s quite off putting.It’s very shimmery and the backside is a rich deep navy. I love it.Finally, not enough is mentioned about the 2 pillow cases that came with the queen size. (The twin has one but I didn’t read how many cases come with the king) The pillow cases are lovely. They open at a short side end and have a large fold inside to keep pillows from slipping out. Definitely a plus. They are roomy too.I’ve included photos of the horrible loops, my satin ribbon solve, a closeup of the pattern and a long shot. I use a queen size on my daybed as I like the cover to drape to the floor.Arrived when promised.

Soft, beautiful and vibrant. Even nicer than pictured.. considering buying another. Love the extra ties.

IN LOVE WITH THIS DUVET COVER!! So bright and colorful, even after washing. Very durable and decent quality for the price.
