Had issue connecting at first, didn't know I had to press and hold the button more than 10 secs to start pairing but after it was paired, I don't have any complaints.

just don't do it. it's cumbersome to get in your ear- and the wired bud that comes in the box is signifanctly louder than the Bluetooth one. take my advice- spend 10 more dollars and get a decent Bluetooth earbud from a different supplier. these suck

It looked good in theory, but these are the most awkward fitting headphones ever.They primary speaker didn't work, (I'm sure that's just a one-off... so no knock there) but all in all, it just didn't fit, and the cord to the secondary earplug was super short.It wasn't overall bad, and it may be my rhinoceros ears, but I returned them.

These earbuds kept falling out of my ears. They are also heavy and would not stay in.

Pure junk, failed within an hour of use. Everyone i talked to said it sounded like I was in a tunnel. I have to add that the Amazon return process is amazingly easy to use.
