This has been an excellent choice in a microneedling product. It's sturdy, perfectly sized, came in a well packaged box, plus a very good assortment of needles. The sale price was great value too. I'm using it once a week and I'm seeing texture improvement in my 70+ skin already and so happy with my purchase!! Highly recommend!!

Took a risk and ordered this device because it was the cheapest one and still had great reviews. Super happy with my purchase!! The device has weight to it and is very solid metal. Easy to operate. The instruction manual is thorough. Comes with a bunch of various needle tips. I've only used this once so far, so I can't speak on the results yet. But it worked great. Will try to update after a few months of doing some sessions.

If you are looking for something that will transform your skin you need this in your life. Its SO worth the money you are paying. You get a dozen or so of the needles for the pen that are all individually wrapped, you get the pen that has several different speeds and depth options, and you get a very nice sturdy box for storing your needles and pen, and other stuff you may be using.This pen is REALLY well made, I was shocked that it wasn't just some cheap plastic pen. It's a very solid metal pen that is durable. This pen will help your skin by causing micro-injuries in the skin causing an increase of collagen production to repair the skin... thus improving the texture, elasticity, and plumpness to the skin. The only thing I would recommend you get is a bulk size of hyaluronic acid. The one in the picture was like 8-9$ from Amazon and will last you a while!You are going to want something that will help you glide the pen across your face and prevent excessive dragging... so I highly recommend you getting the pen. Please DO NOT re-use the pen and please be gentle with your sessions. I would only do this once every 2 weeks to ensure your skin has ample time to repair because your next session. This is a great pen and if you want to do something that won't cost you thousands this is a great place to start for those with less than perfect skin!

The seller replaced it for me very easy to work with. And sent me a new one. I’ve had 2 of the newer version Dr Pen brand pens, and I like this pen better than the other two name brand.On the other brands, it always felt like the needle cartridges would come loose, or just would secure tight enough due to how they went into the pen.This pen, the cartridges actually screw into the pen. I’ve used it twice so far on my face, both times for almost an hour and the cartridges never once came loose.And the price is on point. Other name brand pens are way too overpriced and they are not near as good quality as this pen is.Also, this pen can be used wirelessly. I didn’t realize that upon initially buying it. I thought you had to keep it plugged in the whole time, which would’ve been ok with me, no big deal.So when I realized you could use it wirelessly, it was one more advantage to this pen.

I was skeptical, but I didn’t want to buy an overly expensive pen I wasn’t gonna use if it was too painful… so I went with this brand mainly because of price and readily available replacement needles.I charged the pen and did my facial cleaning. Put some serum and got this pen out. Since I have deeper wrinkles I went with the 36 needles instead of nano, but will go with the 12 needles next. I did maximum speed with a .25 to .50 depth depending on area of the face. This machine does what those expensive medical spas one does. I am sooo happy i went with this pen. This will be my weekly routine…. I know it takes about 3 months to start seeing results, but as to the function of the pen, it does what it’s made to do.The pen itself feels very professional, comes with 3 types of needles. Just what one needs for home facials. Use a good quality serum.
