In simple terms the bigger the number the longer the battery will last. I doubt very much that you will find a battery with sufficient capacity to last longer than a few hours of constant use. The cost of replacing them would be prohibitive and rechargeables would be too much of a faff. I'd recommend a mains powered LED floodlight, either white light or if you really want then UV. They are not expensive and will work well and can light up a large area effectivly.
