Great tart citrus flavour, and felt like I dosed appropriately over the course of a few days. Well worth the weight in my rucksack 💪

Very tasty and refreshing, easy to chew, they're not claggy like some gummies can be. Small enough to fit a key pocket and the wrapper is easy to rip open when running.

They taste ‘ok’ but ultimately good for long, endurance training or expeditions. I’ve recently been in the Welsh mountains, so it’s good to top up on electrolytes and B-Vitamins.

Having had blood work done I was informed I was deficient in Vitamin D, Iron, and Potassium. I was told by my Dr I would be on Vit D and Iron for the next 6 Months at least, until my bloods reached a suitable level. Lacking in all the above was giving me really bad joint pain, anyway, I went back to my Dr and he suggested I was also Low in Calcium. I asked how I could "Fix" this and he suggested "Drinking more milk" I hate milk. Anyway, I researched a little and these Magnesium pills popped up as being beneficial and activating the Vitamin D. So, 8 days in I can say I am noticing a positive difference in my energy and mood. I'm going to buy another packet. I will update on my progress.

These came recommended by a running friend do to having more sodium and carbs then the Salt sticks brand. I fined these lime ones tasty, and helped me on a long sunny runs for my marathon prep, I think easiest to consume than the salt sticks too in my personal experience. Sadly there are gummies missing from the pack, I have 2 sealed wrappers with no gummy inside. I've emailed vitaldin about this quality control issue but not hopeful I'll get anything back from them as it's just two gummies, but something that has made me think twice about getting them again.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Having hypermobility Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I'm always low in sodium and potassium, and can't regulate my temperature so the slightest bit of exertion or change in weather knocks me about. These are brilliant. An instant hit of everything I need that's very quick acting and doesn't necessitate me having to glug half a litre of water especially if I'm struggling to swallow, which is another fun symptom. Perfect for on the go to keep in a bag or at work, clean and mess free. Really happy I took a chance on them!

Seemed to work a bit to raise my energy level, but the taste is not really that good. Very limited fruit taste but a strong strange taste, probably the Amino Acids, or whatever. Just do not expect it is like the ordinary gummy bears

Sabor muy bueno, se agradece vengan con su envoltorio individual cada una. No noto o siento diferente al tomarlas que no tomarlas, lo que si noto es que me "obliga" a beber más agua, por lo que esto es bueno ya que sino, no le daría a mi cuerpo el agua necesaria. El sabor es bueno. Es la primera vez que tomo este tipo de gominolas con electrolitos, pero me gusta saber que le doy a mi cuerpo un extra de energía.
