If you have the Elantra 2019 Base SE, this will not work. I wanted to see if it would. I don't know why I even imagined it'd be possible to upgrade the hideous, outdated base model's 5 inch radio. I've seen older cars with better base infotainment systems. It's downright depressing, to be honest. A 2019 without navigation or Android Auto/CarPlay. I feel like I got rid of my 2013 and got a better looking 2013.I can't blame this company, though. It does say touch screen models, but they have to already support Android Auto.Sad. I hate the base 2019 SE's head unit. Even more so that there aren't any viable courses of action to change it. And I've done extensive research.TL;DRDoesn't work with Hyundai Elantra SE 2019 with the 5 inch ugly display model without navigation or Android Auto.

Had lots of trouble setting up at beginning but after it just breezes through when vehicle starts. Bad thing is I can't download Hulu app, and the webpage freezes constantly. The gps doesn't work good at all so I have to disconnect and use my cell for maps. The voice recognition is non existent. Cant use voice commands to look up anything. Great design but flawed. Would consider again if they updated it to contain Hulu and other apps like HBO max and possible prime video. I will stick to my fire hd tablet in the car. At least that plays all the video sources I need when hanging in the car on lunch. Price point is just not worth it. Maybe $49 would be good and comparable to a fire stick.

First off this is a real review. I just got it yesterday and I love this thing so damn much! I drive a 2022 Kia Telluride and it works perfect! I hooked it up to my Mobile hotspot on my phone and it works perfect. I turned off the safety so I can play it while I drive so my kids can watch tv. I downloaded YouTube tv on it and I was watching LIVE TV while driving but you need to pay for YouTube tv in order to do that. Netflix works fine. Next I’m gonna download HBO Max and HULU to see if that works. But yeah this thing is awesome. Gonna order another one for my husbands 2017 Suburban Truck 🤩🤩🤩🤩

I cannot properly describe how slow this device is. It feels like a cell phone from 2006, or worse. I constantly have Waze crash.If there was an updated version, or alternative, id jump on it in a heartbeat. They are absolutely milking the parts bin for old junk in the production of this thing.It does work, technically, and it really does provide a full Android experience to any AA display. Too bad it's a horrible experience.One last thing, is it would be amazing if they found a way to still use some of the steering wheel controls, like voice command.

Great concept. But pretty much useless if it doesn’t connect to current Compatibility of the vehicles that have unlimited wifi connect services. Why would I use my phones hotspot data to provide connection to this - if my jeep has its own data unlimited plan vs my cell phone plan having 50g of hotspot . Isn’t this suppose to have the availability to the same as a wireless car play , accept this is like an android auto type jail broken system . I don’t know sounds kinda of SUS to me . As previously reviews stated Not certified copy of Google -So back you go - very misleading beware

The media could not be loaded. Works great. I just unpacked this device within last hour. I had to enable Bluetooth for Honda as well as wifi hotspot. Also, the unit did not have enough power available from the usb port, but the unit came supplied with an additional power wire as well to connect to power supply in car with easy instructions to connect to the required power. I followed that set up, and everything connected within a minute. Easily run videos, movies, any play store app. This really works, honest review, and i paid full price. The touch screen is very responsive with a slight delay at times, but very little and videos play without hesitation. No problem with my 2022 Honda HR-V as you can tell with the video i posted along with this review

It works on my 2019 Nissian Rogue. I do have some issues with text messages not showing up. But everything else works. I don't like that it only supports 2.4gtz hotspot. As well as the old Android version. But I have used it on many long drives where I can have TV shows playing for my friend and daughter and I can listen to them. I can't wait for the new version to come to the US. I emailed them when I saw it on their website when I was updating. But they said they hope it will be coming to the US soon on Amazon. I'm hoping the newer Android version along with Bluetooth data sharing will help with the small bugs. I am really excited for the 2nd version to come to the US. As it has Bluetooth data sharing and a higher android version. But I feel like it's taking forever to get to Amazon.Edit: my husband got me the m gears 3 and it is sooooo much better. I'm not sure why they haven't made it available in the US yet. Which is where I live. But he had to have it shipped to Germany first.

It is not easy to set up and use. It's also glitchy. This was with a 2023 car model deemed compatible. Also, it was impossible to delete off of the device list until i reset the entire system. I returned it.
