Worst experience ever
I have ordered 3 replacements so far and each replacement has had seal issues where it was no sealed properly and the contents gets all over the container and also, all over the other products in my Amazon box. I have to return each and every single one and from the flavor off my finger tips from each time I have to pick up the product, it tastes decent. As far as the ingredient profile, at least I like that it’s pretty much open label. This product is good in that it’s 14g per serving compared to other competitors but for the price and the hassle, definitely not worth it. Customer service is no help either, when reaching out to the company because they wash their hands clean saying that Amazon will take care of you and they won’t do anything. The company’s customer service basically says that they aren’t responsible for anything and it would have been nice if they told me that they’ll look into it. I gave it two stars for the taste and the profile but I would just stay away in general.

I used this...
... during a strength-training workout.I'm just an average guy, trying to be healthy and in shape, but at the same time wanting to give my body the most advantage that I can to complete my workout with vigor.I made this drink in the same way I make most of my electrolyte, recovery, or fuel type drinks.I start with a regular resealable bottle that holds 20 ounces; not a shaker type bottle.I fill the bottle halfway with water, and then pour one scoop of this on top of the water, seal the bottle, and shake It.Doing it this way, this product mixed well. From there I topped up the rest of the bottle to its full 20 oz.FYI, there is a small bit of product settling, so before swigs, you may need to give this a little shake. The package directions suggest one scoop of this with 12 to 16 oz of water.Obviously, the intensity of the flavor I experienced will be less than what you might experience if you follow the package directions. There is so much stuff in this that I wondered if this would be safe for me to use.Specifically, the green coffee bean extract, and the green tea extract.I typically do my strength training workout in the morning, and that is also when I have my most caffeinated cup of coffee, sometimes during my workout. So green coffee bean and green tea extract are making me think, "hmmmm, am I going to overdose myself on caffeine, because I do not want to do that."I posted an Amazon answers question asking about the caffeine, but I did not receive a response. It is disappointing to me, that that information is not clearly listed on the product package or the product page, and that the seller / manufacturer did not respond to the Amazon answers question. It seems like a question that more people than just me might want to know, and would be valuable to have on the product page in the questions and answers section. So, getting back to my workout, I did not perceive an elevated heart rate any more than it normally is elevated during my workout, I did not experience extra jitters or anything like that from an overdose of caffeine. This is described as "raspberry lemonade" flavor. The taste I most perceived was the lemonade part of the flavor, and again that could be because of the amount of water I used.Perhaps if I had mixed this according to the package directions I might perceive more of a raspberry flavor. The intensity of flavor I experienced is somewhere between a 5 and a 6 on a scale of 10.To me, it is a good flavor.I will enjoy using this product.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

From a fitness perspective, I‘d rate zero stars if I could!
How much do I use the Evogen AminoKem Premium Essential Amino Acid and how often? One serving is one full scoop which is 16 grams (scoop provided) mixed with 12-16 ounces of water. That’s a lot for me to drink at once so mine goes into 8 ounces. Taken once daily, of the morning, with or without food. Side note: once opened, the tub of powder has to be refrigerated. I can’t say I’ve experienced this before with a powder supplement so I found that part to be odd; not to mention inconvenient. How did it taste? Not bad. It’s a raspberry lemonade flavor which actually tastes pretty good. It smells exactly as other lemonade powder mixes do. It’s a very fine white powder (as opposed to granules) so does dissolve well in water. How did it make me feel? Jittery the first time I used it. This subsided with continued use. Likely a result of the added caffeines. What does it do? I’d say it is trying to do too many things; so, not one thing, does it do well. It’s like a product that doesn’t know what it wants to be. Does it build muscle? Does it give hydration? Does it improve blood flow? Does it reduce inflammation? The label advertises blood flow, muscle growth, and hydration but falls short on delivery. There are not enough key ingredients to deliver the claimed benefits and too many ingredients that have nothing to do with them at all.It does not contain the whole amino acid profile. It does provide some aminos, albeit not many, and definitely not a complete list by far. So, there’s no muscle growth benefit here. It includes magnesium and phosphorus providing a little boost of those minerals which is good. As humans we don’t get enough of either of those. It has green tea extract and green coffee bean extract adding caffiene which leads to dehydration as opposed to the hydration it claims on the label. It has added turmeric extract, broccoli, kale and blueberry. Why the antioxidant and inflammation fighters if that’s not the targeted goal? Blood flow is the current ‘buzz-word’ or ‘marketing-phrase’ in the supplement and fitness world right now. Blood flow is great, obviously we all need it, but other than the caffeine, there’s no blood flow supplementation here. It is also helpful to know that green tea and coffee have very different caffeine alkaloids. This means, the green tea has the potential to make you jittery, even if you are a pot-a-day coffee drinker. Just to reiterate, the added caffeine is a definite dehydrator and they are advertising hydration with this product.Furthermore, amounts of some of the individual ingredients are not provided. The actual quantities are conveniently hidden in the wording ‘matrix’ so you aren’t allowed to know exactly how many milligrams of each ingredient are included. I really dislike this kind of ‘hiding’ ingredient quantities so the consumer thinks they are getting more than they really are. Shady for sure.Overall, not a supplement I’ll buy again, nor one I recommend to others. It is impossible to deliver what it advertises; especially with an incomplete amino acid profile. It does taste great as a lemonade drink. So, I’ll go ahead and finish out the tub just for the little magnesium and phosphorus boost while I look for a supplement that provides the full amino acid profile. From a fitness perspective, I’d actually rate this zero stars if I could.

Great flavor, excellent source of amino acids & other benefits
This is a good supplement, even if you're not an athlete (though you might not need to take as much as a body builder would) because it contains all of the "essential" amino acids- the ones you must get from food or supplements because your body cannot make them. Amino acids provide energy, repair overworked muscles and promote bone strength. They're also needed in order for your body to produce collagen. (vitamin C is needed for this, too and there is 100mg per serving in thisblend) Collagen makes up about 30% of the protein in your body and pretty much holds everything together - it actually forms tough, molecular structures that keep your skin from sagging (about 70% of your skin is collagen) and protects your joints, among many other things. Amino acids also regulate your sleep cycle and your moods. This supplement also contains betaine, whichprotects the liver and can even help it recover from damage. It helps balance and maintain cell fluid levels, which prevents cell-death caused by imbalances. (Not to be confused with betaine HCL, which is synthetic and very different). This drink has some caffeine, but it's part of a blend that includes turmeric, blueberry, broccoli and kale, so I don't know how many milligrams of caffeine there are. The sources of caffeine are green coffee bean and green tea extracts. This drink is a good source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and vitamin C, and electrolytes and other nutrients from the addition of coconut water. The Raspberry lemonade flavor is very good and it blends well in ice water.
