Review: This meal replacement is a miracle for me - This shake is a miracle for me and my 44 year struggle with abusing food and yo yo dieting. I can't tell you how many different shakes I've tried, they'd last an hour or two and then I'd be ravenous again. I just about fell over when I see that I am supposed to put TWO scoops in 8 oz of liquid. I can BARELY handle a HALF scoop in 16 oz of skim milk!!! Concerned I am not going to get the benefit I need from this, having to use so little. I was really excited by the all encompassing aspects of this product, but it's been completely overshadowed by the sweetness. Looks like there is no negative impact of sugar calories it is just flavour, which I triple checked, but gag worthy sweetness for me. Totally unsure if I will purchase again. I don't see any other of their products that will be better in this regard. I will look again for something else before next purchase.
