How long are the leads?

Standard size of say just like any other LiPo.

Do these fit in the traxxas Xmaxx?

Yes, they do. The hard pack is a tight fit, but it does go in.

Do these fit a Traxxas Maxx V2?

From what I know Traxxas only works with Traxxas connections
