It doesn't come with the swivel. You will need to get that too. Also you need to make sure the mask or nose pillow has the male connectors for the mask. The nose pillow or mask clips INTO the ends of the head gear. I ended up buying a nose pillow that had male plugs on it. I have found it less expensive to order it as one piece vs separately..

You CAN use the AirFit N30i instead of a Philips DreamWear mask; but you would have to purchase the entire mask. This is just a part of the mask. There is no headgear sold with it.
