Can I apply this all over my face instead of using it as a spot treatment?

You can, but make sure it doesn't cause irritation first. You also need to wear sunscreen, as per the directions.

The alpha arbutin instructions say to use as a spot treatment, but what does that mean? You’re not supposed to apply it to your whole face?

I have not used this product. But reading the instructions, yes you spray just the dark spots. And if irritation occurs, stop using it.

Mine has no color odor or consistency. It’s just like water is this how it supposed to be??

It should have a blue layer of fluid & a yellow layer. When you shake the bottle it turns green. The consistency is thin, but you can see the products form in the bottle. And it does not have a odor. If yours is green when you shake it you’ll love this product! It’s so nice under makeup.
