This is the only pre-workout I use — I love it! The caffeine and focus blend gives me energy and mental clarity without the tingling sensation that some other pre-workouts cause. The L-Citrulline nitric oxide booster also helps with pumps and endurance. Definitely my go-to for a productive, energized workout. I love the mango flavor the best!

The flavor mixes smoothly with water and isn’t overly sweet or chalky, which is a big plus. I also like that it doesn’t cause the jittery feeling that some pre-workouts do. It gives me the right amount of endurance and stamina, especially on days when I need an extra push.

it’s been a few weeks of using this and working well so far. i always had an issue with that terrible painful itch that other pre workout powders cause due to the beta alanine. i only use 1 scoop but still feel a caffeine pump for a solid workout, not a crazy rush but that’s not necessary. flavor is pretty good too! i recommend especially if you get that itch with the other stuff like i do.

Taste: I personally enjoyed the taste; quite sour but good peach. It really did taste like sour peach candy. There is a strong pucker after you drink, so if you don’t like that, you may want a different flavor. Consistency: fairly easy to dissolve, I mix it with a spoon and have no sediment when I drink right after Energy: I find this to be a very clean feeling. I used to do C4, jack3d, etc back in the day and those were overpowering. I find this to give me focus, energy, but no desire to push past my limits like I used to have with jack3d Value: I think this is extremely fairly priced. They list a serving as 2 scoops, but I only need 1, so I get approximately 8 weeks out of a container.

Great - just the right amount of boost for a workout without causing jitters. Tastes good, not chemically as some do.

Probably won’t be repurchasing.. I barely see an increase in energy if anything. Maybe it’s because I’m used to the tingles from beta alanine but this has none??? Idk. I was really excited to try this since one of my fav influencers always raves about it but idk I just don’t get it. The flavor tastes exactly like the simply raspberry lemonade which I used to mix with crown royal in high school so that was a mistake on my part since now every time I work out I taste crown /: also though the flavor would be a little more tangy and sour because of the lemonade but it is very sweet. Gives me very much sugar water vibes.

Brilliant pick me up for workouts with noticeable difference. Unlike other ones which give pins and needles, this just gives the energy boost and that's it. The cherry lemonade flavour is just yuck. The only good thing is it contributes to waking you up.
