Looks like new. It comes with charger only. It has small dent under left front corner. Dent size about 1/8". Overall laptop looks like new.

Fast, responsive, capacious storage, and gorgeous laptop with very few compromises.
I've had a solid 2 months with this laptop and the following observations have been made with regard to that experience. I don't normally give reviews, but I felt compelled due to all the misguided information I have witnessed, poor reviews (most are generic, based solely on specs with no obvious hands on experience), and general dearth of actual information regarding this model. So, what do I think of this laptop?TLDR;Pros: Fast, capacious storage, responsive, gorgeous 4K screen, plenty of RAM, decent battery life, excellent keyboard, slick precision touchpad, impeccable design, quality components.Cons: 4K screen reduces battery life(but I think it is worth the compromise, unless you need to use it untethered to a power source, in which case you should be looking for a HD(1080p) or lesser alternative (Ultrabook); significant cost, but mitigated by the components included, there are no alternatives in this realm that provide as much for so little; Camera is not consistent in function for Windows "Hello" biometric authentication(it does work, but I have had issues on occasion and had to use PIN or password, not a deal-breaker and is only an occasional nuisance)I should mention (full disclosure) that I replaced the 2TB 5,400RPM HDD with a Seagate FireCuda 7,200RPM 2TB SSHD. It doesn't have as much as an impact as it would if it were the primary drive or held the OS, but due to the fact that the primary is already a 512GB SATA3 SSD, it is a minimal improvement at best. It is largely an overspec'd component not needed because of this, and I only replaced it because I had purchased a Lenovo laptop initially, that would have significantly benefited. The Lenovo turned out to be much better on paper than in real life pursuits, and I returned it immediately after it was evident there was no redemption, no matter my part. I also should mention that I use Beta preview releases of Windows, so my experience is directly correlated from those in large part, though I have used it with the common distribution as well. Anyway, I thought it prudent to disseminate these things so that you have an understanding of where I get my evaluation and opinion. This Q534UXK is a Best Buy exclusive, and as such, if you purchase from another site/retailer, you are getting it secondhand from a reseller (including Amazon). There are two models; early Q534UX-BBI7T16 (copper and satin black finish w/Intel I7 6500U Skylake) and later Q534UX-BHI7T19 (chrome and sandblasted black finish w/Intel I7 7500U Kabylake). Personally, I think they are both gorgeous to behold, and while I prefer the aesthetic of the copper (chocolate black) edition, I chose the updated Kabylake edition(chrome) with I7 7500U Kabylake processor. Other than aesthetic and processor, they are both identical in all other regard.Processor – I7 7500U dual core, I usually seek out the HQ 4 core processors, but they require much more power and size to accommodate the requirements of cooling. Thus far, I have been perfectly happy with the speed and am very happy with the better battery life and smaller size. I am sure ripping audio will suffer to a degree, but only compared to current 4 core counterparts, it has performed almost as well as previous generation 4 cores. If you seek a true desktop replacement, and are comfortable with all the compromises, then you should wait for the coming new generation of 4 core Kabylake processors. 4.5/5Touchpad – One of the most significant change I underwent, was that of the precision touchpad. My previous laptop was an Asus N550JK, and that largely influenced my perceptions to this new touchpad (though I have used many others, including the vaunted MacBook). The precision touchpad utilized on the Q534UX is virtually frictionless, and coming from one that had some resistance, it was awkward at first. I felt it was too slippery and I was afraid I wouldn't adapt, but after 2 months, I am happy that I stuck it out, I'd never go back. I almost returned it, on this sole reason (I'm extremely picky), but am glad that I gave it time to adapt and implement new approaches, I am all the better for it. It is the most responsive one I have used to date, and whether you choose to click or tap, its response is quick and immediate. I don’t know how I’d improve it if I could. Definite plus for me. 5/5Keyboard - This is a very personal thing, and we each have our preference. This keyboard uses the best of what there is to offer and utilizes scissor-switch keys and a shallow travel. It is full sized and has a numerical keypad (which I demand in a 15" laptop). Pleasant to use with no complaints from me, though it sits farther back than any other laptop I have used previously, and perhaps takes some time to become accustomed. Backlighting (white) is decent, though it does bleed light at most angles. I think they could do better in this regard, but it is largely a nitpick. 4.5/5Screen - This is probably my most critical issue, because I am very picky about bezel thickness. While there are companies that offer much slimmer bezels, like DELL’s XPS series with their Infinity Edge (gorgeous!), and HP Spectre to a lesser degree (thin bezel on the horizontal but still thick on the vertical to accommodate electronics and camera). However, the bezel on the Q534UX, while standard, is implemented very well by putting it behind the touch screen glass and is ink black and does not detract, nor draw, attention from viewing and virtually disappears. Asus manages to do it better than any other laptop manufacturer that I have come across despite my aversion to bezels, but I know it is a technological limitation presently. The 4K resolution is simply sublime, and once you witness it on a daily basis, I cannot imagine going back to 1080p or less. Like every resolution evolution, there are some teething problems in the scaling of various apps/programs, but they are easily overcome with proper management. Color is vibrant and realistic while providing appropriate brightness. Touch input is precise and responsive with no lag to speak of. Other than the bezel, there really isn’t much more that I would ask. 4/5Sound – This is largely subjective, but my impressions are guided by both my love of good audio and that of the underlying limitations of sound from a laptop. The Q534UX provides adequate speaker performance if on a hard-flat surface. The speakers are downward facing and need a surface to reflect for adequate representation, and in these scenarios, it performs well. However, I largely use my laptop on my (surprise!) lap, and sound is absorbed by my bed or couch. Adjusting the DSPs for “loudness equalization” and adjusting the equalizer is of great benefit for those, who, like me, use it as an actual laptop. Still, even with the added subwoofer, which I hardly use despite its benefit, it is still middling performance. As a transport, however, it excels and I use mine with audiophile equipment to provide listening pleasure with no regrets. 3.5/5 onboard audio and 5/5 as transport(external USB DAC).2-in-1 Tablet mode – Admittedly, this wasn’t a large factor in my purchase. First, 15.6” is quite large for an effective tablet, but having the ability has served me well despite its limitations. Asus Fliplock and Window’s 10 native tablet ability have worked flawlessly and while it isn’t a primary function for me, it is a welcome ability. 5/5Graphics – The imbedded graphics are great with basic tasks and conserving battery power, while the Nvidia GTX 950M is on tap for more serious application. Netflix, Bluray, and web-surfing are easily handled and employing the Nvidia GPU should be done on a case by case basis to maintain efficiency and desired performance. With the proper setup any game can be played at competitive levels, though some will require medium graphic settings for proper framerate. If you desire bleeding edge gaming graphics, you should look elsewhere but this will accommodate most gamers. In my estimation, this balances performance and quality quite well. 4/5I/O – With 3 USB 3 ports and a USB C/Thunderbolt + HDMI, micro SDXC and standard headphone/mic port, this laptop lacks nothing. 5/5Wi-Fi – Intel AC-8260 2X2 867Mbps Absolutely fantastic throughput, most won’t even be able to use the theoretical limits. 5/5Summary – All laptops are compromises, and which ones you choose to make are personal. The Asus Q5343UXK doesn’t make many, and performs at a level very few can claim to make and none at this price. If you are looking, consider the DELL XPS 15 and 13, HP Spectre x360, Microsoft Surfacebook, and maybe the Razerblade line. I will answer any questions if needed.

Plays games surprisingly well.
This is a great laptop. Soon after getting this, my desktop broke and this was my only computer for a while. It did great. I play games and it held up fine. It played my game on medium settings and kept up around 50=60 fps.I also got a used model, but it was in great condition and wrapped well. It gets a little hot but preforms well.

Keyboard and volume switch doesn't hold up
I bought this new at best buy to replace my business laptop. Initially I liked it despite some quirks (Power switch in most awkward place). Was an avid Asus fan (I built my last 4 desktops and server with Asus motherboards and have a few other Asus products.) After nearly a year of use several keys started having issues. First the 7 & 9 on the keypad (totally useless now) Then intermittently the T , O and sometimes Y. Well, my password uses the T and the Y. Needless to say, logging into my lappy with the T & Y not 'registering' is a royal PITA. Support was like uninstall and reinstall the ATKPackage driver... I'm not sure if it is a hardware issue or software. Asus only supports their product with software/driver/security updates for about a year. I'm done with Asus. I bought this late December last year. Asus does not honor their 1 year warranty.

All in one. Literally.
It doesn't say I was a verified purchase on amazon, but I got it at best buy. Honestly this laptop is great. I'm a gamer, a streamer, and an Audiophile. It can play Titanfall 2 60 FPS on medium graphics (Remember it only has a 950m). The audio is amazing, and it gets 10x better if you have the SonicMaster External subwoofer that comes with it, attached. However, Mine fell and snapped the jack in two o.oOverall, amazing computer, definitely worth the price.

DO NOT BUY ON AMAZON
This is a great computer and I am using it right now. Fast, good looking, everything that it says it is. Just DO NOT buy this on amazon. You need to buy it at Best Buy. The version at amazon is a second hand version.
