Directions aren't great, but the end result sure is!
The only thing I didn't like was the instructions on the bag (first effort making my own tortillas). The result will be far better, I've learned, if you use hot water to mix with the masaseca and knead it aggressively for about five minutes, then let it rest for about a half an hour (another hint: use cut plastic food storage bags rather than waxed paper in your tortilla press).That said: it's easy to use, once you get the hang of it, and the flavor is absolutely superb. I do believe I've bought my last tortillas from a store!

Corn quality.
It was expensive. It took a while to arrive but great taste and good to keep in the house for any good tasty Mexican authentic food.
