Great bang for the buck
All I need was to make an 8 wire connection but everything locally would have cost me $40 for those parts. Got this for a few bucks more and now I have TONS of connections I can make. Good quality, comes with the good pins (that you need a deutsch crimper for), was happy to pay a little more compared to the ones with the pins that aren't as nice to use

Iwiss...it's a good brand .....especially for the price
Kit came with the quality barrel connectors....most don't. Had to file a bit off a tab to get the wedge to seat....no biggy

Terrible plastic smell on these connectors!
Haven't installed yet but they have a very strong plastic smell to them. If you touch them the smell gets on your hands and won't come off till you wash up. Smells like burnt or chlorinated plastic. Will return. Too bad because the connectors look decent.

not 100% compatible with true Deutsch connectors.
not compatible with direct replacement or interconnectivity with TRUE Deutsch connectors.Other issues, are the pins after crimping ( and yes did use the proper crimping tool) do not securely seat into the plug, alluring you to put in the lock/ retaining pin/clip. more specifically the male solid body pins did not sit correctly and required a great deal of work and manipulation as opposed to TRUE Deutsch connectors.for connecting with existing connectors, i was required to change the existing connector to one from the kit so that the connection could be madeFor the price it was ok, but ENSURE YOU HAVE THE PROPER CRIMPING TOOL and be prepared that you may have some work ahead of you.
