I received this item earlier than expected and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the decoration items. For my son’s third birthday, this was the perfect theme (Baby Turns 3 Under The Sea). I loved the packaging and will definitely be buying more themed decorations for all my kids’ birthdays!
