Not great instructions but managed .. workbench is great though and is sturdy and offers a variety of exercises

Overall its a good Bench but the Assembly instructions aren't very good. Non of the parts are identifiable so unless you know their description of the many different nuts & bolts good luck on using the correct ones in the correct place. The drawing to assist you has the nuts and bolts lettered but again there not identified so its pot luck.However i didnt expect to be Spending another £3.50 on buying a New Nut & Bolt as there was One Missing!!

If you need this for incline bench press forget it,whoever designed this has never been in a gym in there life,the strutts on which the bar rests do not adjust therefore at full incline you have about 3cm to fit your head in,basically it doesn't work,legs is ok and you can do flat bench but for incline it's as much good as a chocolate tea pot.

After a few hiccups with parts and pre drilled holes, seller was fab and sent replacements very quickly. Sturdy and ok range of motion.

I like this bench. The fold-away feature is great and very easy to use. I bought this bench mainly for the leg extension which has a full range movement, unlike some other more expensive benches. It is sturdy enough for a good vigorous workout. Happy days..!

The instructions are not clear and it does feel a little unstable, but it's better than nothing. Probably not worth the price tag. Maybe if it was £50 or £60
