Been buying this for awhile now. Personally drink enough coffee and caffeine thought the day to where I don’t want extra stim. This gives better pump than most pre workouts I’ve tried.

I had this for 1 week and had high hopes but it made me sick. On day 1, it increased my focus during weight lifting but for the following 7 days, I was lethargic with several symptoms. On day 1, I took half a scoop to access tolerance and I was energized and had great focus but became thirsty within 5 minutes of finishing the pre workout. On day 2 I took a full scoop and my energy was boosted during my workout but as soon as I stopped working out, I became lethargic and anxious in addition to excessive, unquenchable thirst and hunger. On day 3, I reduced the serving back to half a scoop but instead of being energized and focus, I became tired and anxious. My heart rate was up for 12 hours afterwards. I still gave it a try because I wanted to like it so for days 4-6 I reduced the serving to only about a third of a scoop. After taking the pre-workout, my head became cloudy and I was instantly agitated and angry the whole day. Plus, during my workout, I felt weak, extremely thirsty, and tired. The last day, day 7, I reduced the serving to about1/8 of a scoop before my workout. My head was cloudy again, my heart rate increased, I got an instant headache, and my mouth was very dry, and after my workout, I was suddenly enraged. This was the second day that my emotions shifted randomly and violently with this product. I wanted to avoid caffeine and was thrilled to see this product but I felt incredibly sick this entire past week. During this past week, I have never been this thirsty. Prior to using this product, I was drinking at least 75 ounces or 2.2 liters of water daily plus adding 20 oz water to my protein shakes in addition to drinking fruit juice. While using this product, my water intake suddenly increased and no matter how much I drank, I couldn’t get enough. My water and fluid intake became at least 1.5 gallons or 5.6 liters daily. It was a horrific experience. Another reviewer said they were extremely thirsty and let me be a second witness and tell you that yes, it is true. You will become excessively thirsty and dehydrated with this product. Oh, not to mention I’d be incredibly hungry as if I hadn’t eaten all day. Never again. This stuff clearly wrecks havoc on the digestive system, endocrine (hormone) system, and nervous system. Horrible product that should no longer be sold.

I love this pre-workout! The taste is great and it gives me a great sense of focus when working out. The only problem and the reason I give this product a 2 star review is because of shipping. I always order this hoping it will arrive in one day like promised. But it always gets delayed. Sometimes by 1 day or even as much as 3 days. Evogen just got to fix the shipping issue that it has. At least whenever I order it here on Amazon.
