My plug had had got stuck down so did some googling and managed to release it, as the part which screws into the plug hole had seized up I found this replacement which was simple to fit and probably saved me a few quid in not having to call a plumber out. Very pleased 😀

I bought 5 of these plugs. The plugs seem ok as plugs, but it was not how it was described or pictured in the details. The major issue being that it was not 38mm in diameter, but 35mm, so it doesn't fit properly, and stop the water draining. It's also a differently designed plug all round, with the underneath metal section being smaller than pictured, and the rubber seal being smaller too, which makes it more flimsy. So even if it had been 38mm I do wonder if it would have worked fine.And to add insult to injury, when I asked to return the plugs, my refund is for less than I paid.

My old push up plug was jamming. Very annoying when it jammed closed. I bought this, swapped it out, and everything seemed cushty.But the problem was actually in the plug housing, which broke a few weeks later and required a replacement.

Bought to replace a similar fitting which was leaking and allowing water to empty from the basin. Unfortunately this new one also slowly allows the water to leak away with no way of making a better seal.

Just wat the doctor ordered. Fast delivery and fitted my bathroom sink well pleased

Unfortunately after three days, the piston came apart, one half popped up and out of the basin, leaving the lower part stuck in the plug hole.
