Is this a 5 pin and will it fit tablets

Yes, this is a 5-pin but note that it is a 5-pin MINI usb connector, not 5-pin MICRO usb.As far as fitting tablets, it depends on your tablet but I this is probably the wrong cable. Most tablets now use micro usb, not mini (which is what this cable is).

I am looking for this same cable in a longer version. I need approx 15-18 ft with the same connectors. Do you sell a product that matches this?
