High SierraDeluxe Trapezoid Boot Bag, Black/Zest, One Size

I was trying to replace another High Sierra boot bag which I've had for years. To give you an idea of how long I've had it, the bag did not have the trapezoid design - boots and everything else was stored in one compartment. The zipper pulls finally gave out. I read some reviews of other bags so I actually went to a ski shop to 'test' the capacity of bags by two other manufacturers. I found it difficult to easily store my helmet in the center compartment and didn't find much room for anything else. So I ordered this bag and am very happy with it. The center section has a wide opening making it very easy to place the helmet inside. I used the mesh section for incidentals such as warmers, masks, etc. The bag is extremely roomy. I just used it for a trip and was able to store mittens, gloves, base layers, socks and more. If this bag holds up to plane travel and local trips as well as my previous bag did I will be extremely happy. The lime green interior lining also makes it easier to locate things. My

Quality bag. Fits my boots, Ruroc helmet(kinda tight in the sleevebecause a ruroc is so much larger) gloves, skins, outer shell and an extra layer all in one bag. As well it has very nice oversized zippers that work well in the cold and can be gripped even when your gloves are still on. Moreover, the over all construction is sound and the handles on the bag are firm. The only part that isn’t amazing is the straps to wear the bag like a backpack(they are just okay). This matters little because they are unnoticeable with any layer on.

This boots-and-gear bag is HUGE! I just packed my boots, helmet, goggles, gloves, ski pants and jacket, plus two ski shirts and misc. other items in it. The fabric seems durable and the zippers are excellent. WELL worth the money!

I had another High Sierra bag that lasted 15 years without any damage outside of wear and tear. This one broke after one ski season.

Hasn’t ripped after several uses and trips and carries everything I need for my ski gear! Would recommend for sure! And it matches the skis! Happy customer!

I purchased this same bag in January 2017 for my husband for $50 and it was an amazing deal for the high quality heavy duty bag. I ordered this new model of the same bag now in December 2018. What I have noted is a bit disappointing, I don't understand why they would make this bag less heavy duty and price it $25 higher. What I have noted:1. The zippers are much lighter weight and are not as strong and durable with the new model. The zippers have me a little worried about how well they will last for the long term. There is a significant difference between the two models.2. The previous model had the top handle that was riveted. The new model is not rivited, only stitched.3. The previous model had heavy durable fabric. My husband used it all last winter and it still looks like new. The material is fantastic. The newer model fabric is literlly half the weight/thickness of the previous model.I don't understand why they would change such an awesome bag to what appearts to be a cheaper quality?I guess only time will tell. We have not used the bag yet as it is a Christmas gift, Just had higher expectations that it would be similar to the previous boot bag ordered last year. I will have to repost after a season of use on the slopes.

It’s lightweight, which is nice, but it can be hard to use because it doesn’t hold its shape. You have to hold the bag open and upright while you fill it.

Love this bag for my hubby! Will hold all his ski gear, helmet, clothing, etc. I can't believe how roomy it is in the center compartment. I looked at many that were in a 'wing' shape, and there was too little room in the main area. The zippers are fantastically heavy duty. This bag is so perfect for skiing and ski boots. I'm so glad I bought it. Can't rave enough about it!!!!! Love the black and lime green. The inside is all lime green, so very easy to see what's inside. The price was great compared to other bags too. I rate it a 10 !!!!!

Perfect size. Fits all my ski accessories and clothig. Good quality and nice design.

We didn't realize this was a Samsonite brand and looking at the quality it makes sense. sturdy construction, strong zippers (a must) and every compartment is lined with waterproof plastic. it has room for boots, helmets and additional gear. We got two, one each and they are great for one day outings or a one night or two night overnight stay somewhere were all we are bringing is our ski wear and one set of clothing for off the slopes. super happy

This boot bag is of great quality. I bought this as a gift but my husband has the exact same bag for his ski stuff. His ski boots go in each side compartments and his helmet goes inside the main compartment. It is a big bag. he can also put his gloves, socks and jacket in the main compartment and lil knick knacks. You won't regret buying it. And this is actually a very good price!
