I had this case for about 2 years and it did a great job at protecting my phone. I am a serial phone dropper, and this case held up. I've accidentally dropped my phone on concrete multiple times and my phone has never had any signs of damage. I recently replaced my phone case to a different brand and the back glass broke within months. My rate of phone-dropping definitely didn't change, this is just a suprisingly good case despite it not seeming like it.

I purchased this case when I upgraded to an iPhone 13 because it was the closest available model I found to a GPFILE case I bought in 2022 for my iPhone XR. That case did an absolutely spectacular job of protecting my phone--applied along with the screen protector that it came with, it saved my phone from probably hundreds of drops (because I drop it almost constantly). I was skeptical when I first bought that case because it was so thin and not bulky like the supposed military-grade protective OtterBox-type cases, but there was not a single scratch on it across the two years I had it. So I decided to try this one because it had a lot of the features I was looking for based on my experience with the previous case: protruding bumpers on the corners, made of a flexible material with bounce/give, bumpers that protect the screen and camera, and good reviews.*The good*: It meets the aforementioned criteria, plus the material is clear and has not yellowed in the 2-3 weeks I've had it and it is priced super fairly. The lip protecting the camera is very pronounced, and I suspect it definitely offers better protection for the lens than the XR case comparison.*The less-good*: I just couldn't help comparing it to the other model and noting that overall it feels flimsier and I instinctively don't trust it to protect my phone the same way. It has thin and less firm sides and its bumpers aren't padded with an extra cushion at the corners. It also does not come with a screen protector included, and I'd definitely recommend supplementing with one if you want your phone to be protected.Keep in mind this is coming from a chronic phone-dropper, so I might need a more hardcore case than most require, and I'm returning it before dropping my new iPhone with it on so I can't truly say whether or not it'd be more/less protective for sure. Overall, it might be totally fine but I decided it wasn't worth the risk and am returning it. Just some observations I made based on a comparison of one that worked really well for me in the past!
