Playmobil 70578 JAMES BOND ASTON MARTIN DB5 - GOLDFINGER EDITION, For James Bond fans, collectors and children aged 5-99

It's a work of art. I took a risk buying this for my 5 year old nephew who was a big LEGO fan, but never played with Playmobil before. He loved it. A great Christmas gift. Easy to assemble, unlike the LEGO equivalent. Too be honest it looks to good to be a child's toy, I'm tempted to buy one for me, but noticed the price went up, I got it for just under £30. Only negative comments, Bond doesn't have a gun and Odd Job can't hold his bowler hat, the light covers for the car's front machine guns might get lost. However, I'm nit picking, the ejector seat is brilliant, my 5 year old Nephew worked out how to set it up easily. His most played with toy this Christmas. He hasn't even opened the backup LEGO Ferrari that I brought! The Aston Martin box is quite a lot bigger than expected, you get a lot of toy for your money.

Very nice model, although pricey at full price (got this much cheaper than standard price). Looks great next to my Playmobil BTTF Delorean!

I have this Car, the Magnum Ferrari and the Back to the Future Delorean. Great models but the Aston isnt quite right, not sure why, something about its shape..cant put my finger on it, its still good with a working ejector seat but I had to buy some Chrome paint and touched up the wheels so they looked more like the Aston's wire wheels

I purchased this Bond DB5 as a present. It has also reminded me of my childhood as well as my love of this Bond classic. Great toy/Collector's item.

It was a present - and very much appreciated. An excellent, good sized replica. Definitely worth the price.The four little characters are a great bonus!
