Excellent product. Simple moulding instructions and very comfortable to wear overnight to stop teeth grinding. I'd definitely recommend this product as a quick, low cost relief to jaw ache & headaches caused by jaw tension.

These are a medium but too big for me. They were a great idea and easy to mould but, as soon as I take it out, my bruxism starts again. Lol. I think I need hypnosis!!!!! All in all though, unless you have a small mouth like me, a very good product.

I ordered these as an alternative to the original ones I used to purchase from ebay. I unfortunately could not get on with them. They are very hard even when placed in the water to soften. They are very big, far bigger than a normal size and actually dug into the roof of my mouth and my gums at the front. So they caused more pain than the grinding did. I did start a return as they were not fit for my purpose but I decided to try for a little longer as i did think maybe i needed to give them more time to settle. Even when i tried to cut them in the hope they may not have dug into my mouth so much they are not smooth they remained hard and just caused more issues. They have an deep curve at the front which really digs in. I wish i had returned them rather than continue to try them. I have given an honest opinion and it is only my experience and this is not to dismiss the item but merely so people do have a general overview from all customers

They are great. Bit they are to big.i ordered the medium and should have got the small.so will be ordering the small ones at some point.

It took me three attempts to make a satisfactory mould, as the slightly less than boiled water temperature needs to be just right. I found using tongs as suggested was useless as the shield just collapsed. I was relatively successful using a plastic draining spoon which did not crush or twist the mouth guard.

Doesn’t cover teeth to back of small mouth (Reguar size). Very fiddly when taken out of hot water. May take practice to do it properly. Basically does the job though - but not well. VASTLY cheaper than dentist so what can you expect. Three stars for value.

Really easy to mold, fits mouth well! a little short on the ends but it still stops my back teeth from touching :) 5* if it was a little longer
