How long does it take to work?

It works 12 to 24 hours for me also. It is the BEST laxative. Gives more like a normal stool, and you don't have to run to the bathroom like so many other laxatives. No cramping. I take it every 3 days.

Each packet is one dose and is equivalent to a capful of the normal bottle. They are each a net wt. of 0.5 ounce. I’ve never measured it, but I would say it’s between 1 and 2 TBs. Hope this helps.
