Like it very much, with one cavaet
This is very warm, and because it is thin, pulls on easily and doesn't get in your way like thefat, thick neck warmers. This makes it great for jogging and outdoor activity. My worry is about the content. What is really in this scarf? The description impliesthis is 100% merino wool. There is clearly wool in mix, but real wool doesn't stretch like Spandex. And real wool can't be thrown into the washing machine, like these instructions advise for cleaning.I'd kind of like to know about the dye as well.Since this scarf will be directly against my skin several hours a day, this informationis rather important. Not too long ago, there were laws requiring clear content description.

it’s nice, but I’ll look for single layer next time
A friend introduced me to Buff while hiking and I really like them because they can keep my neck warm, or my hair back. Hiking clothes are often drab, so I like that Buff adds a pop of color and/or pattern. Because I’m girly, and I like to look cute, even in the backcountry. I also figured Buff could work in a chilly house, or a chilly office, as a fashionably warm accessory. That said, I strongly prefer merino to synthetics, and Buffs are synthetic. This Minus33 is a really pretty color, and is soft, warm and comfortable. I have no complaints. It’s double thickness so it has a certain amount of stiffness to it. I’d still like to find something that’s single thickness and longer, more flexible and versatile. Like a Buff. Only in merino.

Great product
I never wear scarves because I really hate the feel of fabric against facial stubble. I would rather be cold. So I wouldn't have even tried this neck gaiter if my wife hadn't insisted. I am shocked at how comfortable and warm it is. This is the softest Merino I have worn, with absolutely no itch. It folds double as a neck warmer, or can be unfolded to cover the neck and the lower part of the face.

Love this gaiter
The wool is soft against the skin and stretchy, making for a snug fit while being comfortable. It smells like wool (but is pleasant to my nasal buds). You can also pull it up for ear protection and even cover most of the back of the head. It’s my go-to neck warmer when I go cycling in chilly weather, so I can vouch for its cycling friendliness. One feature I would’ve really liked is little straps to hook them around the ear so that they stay pulled up over the ears. The current design is elegant and the stretching helps a good bit, but the gaiter still tends to slip down the ears slowly.I still love it overall and bought a second piece in a different color.

High quality, but not for me
Nice soft wool, great color, all as advertised. However, because it is form fitting, it stops at my collar bone. That means I need to wear a turtleneck under this gaiter to protect my neck. But I dislike turtleneck tops. So I wear crew necks ( like a t shirt) or boat necks and that means there is always exposed skin between the gaiter and my T or sweater. Still need a scarf to cover the gap. Sadly, that defeats the purpose of this item... will become a gift for a turtleneck fan...

Comfortable, Versatile, Compact, Warm, Breathable
Fabulous product. It’s lightweight, warm, I can easily breath and it’s versatile, compact and beautiful in emerald green. It’s a teensy bit itchy but it’s not a big deal. I have a small head/face so it’s a little big when I pull it over my nose. Again, not a deal breaker at all. My neck is always cold and this keeps me warm.July 17, 2020 update: I wore it today on a cool, very windy day and it was fantastic! I also noticed it didn’t feel itchy at all today so it may just be my body chemistry that triggered light itching earlier this month. I can’t tell you how much I love this. It’s barely there and it keeps my cold neck and ears nice and warm.

Perfect for walking outdoors in freezing temps
This is just what I was looking for: a close-fitting wool gaiter to keep my neck & chin warm in the harsh Chicago winter. I've worn it on 90 minute walks in 5 degree weather with a down coat and found it sufficiently warm. The merino wool does resist collecting odors even after being worn repeatedly. I did hand wash it immediately upon receipt because it had a bit of a chemical smell, but a soak in natural laundry detergent, repeated rinsing, and a day hanging dry did away with that. I highly recommend this item for anyone hoping to keep up outdoor activities in inhospitably cold temperatures without needless bulk!

Warm and light weight Merino wool.
Fits well and Merino wool can't be beat. I now have 3 of these neck gaiters and I've worn them in casual settings and hiking in the mountains. It keeps my neck and face warm and it is not scratchy. When it's cold out, I don't leave home without one. Great addition to your winter coat. These can even be used to keep out drafts from office A/C's. Merino wool is the only way to go! I would highly recommend these.
