Great Gateway, OpenWRT is a big plus
Got this as a fail over gateway for my network for the my main ISP dies. Setup is easy, the web UI from the factory is pretty intuitive, though I quickly flashed vanilla OpenWRT onto it. Works with Google Fi (T-Mobile) with no issues. The default firmware is based on OpenWRT, and it has an additional simplified UI on top (you can still access the vanilla OpenWRT though). I opted to flash vanilla OpenWRT, and this works just as well. The firmware update process is safe and has a feature to install firmware even if the device can't boot. The manufacturer has tools available to build new firmware too on GitHub, so it's all pretty transparent. Hardware is solid too. Haven't ran this long, so can't comment on stability but the case and antennas are all good. Easy to get into the case, so in theory you might be able to replace the module, though I've never tried it nor do I know if it's actually supported. Overall, the hardware seems really solid and the open source firmware is a huge plus. The factory firmware seems open and solid, but I preferred getting into things a bit lower, so I went with something else. The fact that the factory firmware uses open source tools and you can put your own on (the manufacturer's site tells you how) is pretty cool.

Works great!
Installed in a remote part of a workshop, I used the external antennas mounted on some acrylic to point at the nearest cell tower. 10/10 Setup was easy, configuring the cell connection took minutes. If you need a long lasting cell connection this is likely your Best Buy for the money spent.

Not sure why theses are now unavailable
Worked great. Auto fails over between lan, WiFi, and lte. Love the metal case.

Works great! Options for ttl, band locking, apn change,at commands. Excellent for rural beginner setup
I did not receive a review unit I bought this device myself and selected the gps version the picture they are showing on here is of the ble version of the x300b. The gps version has 5 external antennas 2 4glte antennas and 2 wifi antennas, all the antennas can be replaced with better ones as they have external connectors ready to go, heads up this device only has 2.4g wifi although it is 300mbps which isn't the fastest I don't suggest this for the Wan function of the router (i.e you have an internet provider already xfinity att etc )unless you are looking for low bandwidth 150mbps lte failover only. It has a cat 4 module in it so it's not the fastest lte router but for rural areas it works great! On the cellular side you get apn selection, bandlocking selection(limited to single bands at a time due to the lte modem in use), TTL selection, at commands for those of you that know the capabilities of those(these are what is used to change the bandlocking) they have several preset choices in at commands. Sorry this is all over the place lol, adhd, it does take a full size sim card. Supports alot of popular bands, love this little router, provides me internet in a rural are with 82mbps down and 14 up. Loving this little device.

Works Well
I am using this with an IOT SIM card to bring low bandwidth Internet to a remote system. Easy to set up and runs well.

Absolute Trash
There's practtically no storage so the logs fill up what little there is and crash the device. Reboot and it comes back for 12 hours and then crashes again. I should've returned it when I had the chance. I move around to different sites, reset it, and it's still junk.

Nice unit but not for all
Antenna connectors are useless unless you plan to use the included antennas. Good luck finding adapters. Does not conform to RFC for receiving DHCP addresses on the WAN side, so not all devices will work. Dod not for me so back it goes.

Normal sized sim?
The description says normal size Sim, the Sim card I took out of my other modem is this size and currently I’m confused.

Also ein tolles Gerät.
