Install was easy
This is a very nice floor heating system. Straightforward installation with great instructions. A warm bathroom tile floor is wonderful for old feet.

Warm feet
We put this in our bathroom under tile and LOVE it. We schedule it so it is warm when we are getting ready in the mornings and for bed at night. Would definitely put it in another bathroom. Had a contractor do the work, but I think he said it was pretty easy to install (we did a whole new floor in the bathroom).

Perfect under bathroom tile floor
Kept the tiles in our garage apartment bathroom warm for happy feet! Love the thermostat, very easy to use. Did not add much to the electric bill.

Lots of work, but worth it!
It is a lot of work to properly install the heater mat and thermostat. The lighted control screen is high tech. Settings include time, date, ,temp and heating indicator. Multiple times to set heating periods. Takes a day or more to get up to the set temp, especially in cold weather. Feels so nice to walk on.
