My experience with this product is I have a better mood, I'm less lethargic, more motivated to do my life cycle in the morning (suggest you take it 45 minutes before your workout) and don't need a nap during the day anymore. I'm also eating less due to the research that suggest it helps stimulate dopamine and serotonin receptors. I'm 59 years old so I don't know if it would have any benefits for younger people who haven't reached the age where they have dopamine and serotonin deficiencies that naturally occur with aging. I would suggest you give it a try and decide for yourself. I'm cycling this product... 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off...

I got a bottle a couple months ago and i like the results. I have since gotten a tub of the powder because the capsules are kind of a drag (and the powder is much cheaper per daily dose). The powder is not bad tasting in juice, it gives a lemon tart twang to fruit juice, which I'm fine with. But this with L-A/L-C and I definitely have increased energy, in a lot of ways. General activity in the yard, but i can also notice a big difference in my libido. My hang is heavier, gets up easier, and can remain harder. If age has made you bendy, this will bring back the wood. At least, I've noticed a difference, it might help you if your general overall health is "not bad" and you're just getting older like me. First thing in the morning, I'm ready (or any time of day, really). I'm pleasantly surprised this works better than I'd hoped. Don't bother with that BS packaged male supplements like Maximum Power (or whatever BS online gimmick brand). This and L-A/L-C is the stuff in that, but they also put other herbal junk in it, and it costs a lot more for lesser results. You're supposed to take a week off this stuff every 4 weeks, to allow your system to re-set and you don't burn out the effects. This is a low-T supplement, it's for older men with naturally diminishing T to ramp up their natural T production. In guys with high/normal T, it could actually work counter-intuitively and lower your T production. So if you're "normal", do not take this.
