Its a brilliant oven Love it

Didn't work
I had this oven for just under a month. After a few uses I was concerned at how long it was taking to cook food (15-20+ minutes longer than it should) and noticed the fan kept starting & stopping during cooking. I contacted Hoover support who were pretty useless, insisting the intermittent fan was normal and that "cooking times can vary". I eventually bought an in-over thermometer from Amazon which showed that when the oven was supposed to be at 200°C, it was really only 160°C.Hoover offered to send out an engineer but said that if they couldn't find a fault I would be charged for the visit, amounting to almost what I paid for the oven.Thankfully Amazon were a lot more help than Hoover and let me return the faulty oven for a refund.This will be the first and last Hoover appliance I buy.

Poor customer service
Used oven 2/3 times pleased at first. Then light went out. Contacted, Amazon, Seller and then Hoover who confirmed the bulb was not covered under warranty. Informed to take it out and purchase new one. Which I tried, the bulb cover came off as instructions but the bulb would not shift. I then contacted Hoover again to explain and yet again informed this was not covered.I contacted Amazon and they were very helpful (polite customer service) who have refunded the cost and arranged a pickup return. Lost faith in HOOVER and will purchase a different make.
