Considering that a high-end set of jumper cables can cost upwards of $200, and a more traditional lead-acid booster pack can cost close to the same amount...this little thing is a game changer. My wife went out of town this morning and took our newer truck because of some snow moving through the area. After she was on her way, I went to start our '07 Tahoe to head into town, but the battery was completely flat...and my wife has our only other jumper pack with her! 😂 Uh oh. Jumped on Amazon, ordered this thing and had it delivered within 2 hours (they literally loaded it on the van and drove it DIRECTLY to our house from the hub, no other stops - thumbs up, Amazon!). It was 3/4 charged out of the box but I topped it off just to be safe; it was fully charged within a half hour. Plugged the battery cables into the power pack (which have their own voltage regulator/relay and status indicator built in, great safety feature), hooked the cables up to the battery, and the status light immediately went from "standby" to "ready". The truck fired up instantly. And I mean *instantly*, like there wasn't even a problem with the battery. No hesitation, slow cranking or sluggishness - it just turned over like nothing was wrong. Also keep in mind that this was in 20°F weather, and it was starting a pretty beefy 5.3L V8. Didn't even phase the thing, and the battery pack still showed 100% full afterwards. For $49 I was really skeptical, but I ordered this little thing in a total jam with no other means of getting my rig up and running. Within 3 hours of placing my order, that problem was solved and I was on the road. I doubt I'll ever go back to those gigantic lead-acid booster packs ever again - these Lithium Ion packs are far more portable, about 1/10th the weight and much, MUCH more powerful. It does have a little flashlight built in that isn't terribly bright but would certainly be helpful on the side of the road. The brightness isn't adjustable but it does have three modes: steady burn, SOS, and strobe. There are also two USB outputs on the side for attaching charging cables and whatnot for other devices, as well as a round connector for barrel-style plugs. The pack itself charges via the included USB-C cable. The only thing they could do better would be to include a little case or even a soft bag to stow the booster pack and cables in while they aren't being used...but then the price wouldn't only be $49, so all things being equal I'm not complaining too much. If that's the worst thing I can come up with to gripe about, they've done a pretty good job. I'll update the review if anything changes, but I am extremely impressed so far.

The charger is compact, easy to store, and easy to use. I had mine for nearly two years and used it mostly for my mower, motorcycle, and phone charging. It worked flawlessly until it suddenly stopped accepting a charge. Figuring I had gotten my money's worth, I was about to discard it but started reading some reviews and posts to get an idea of what had gone wrong, and saw where I had a two year warranty. I called customer service (a real person answered the phone) and the representative confirmed my warranty coverage and assured me that my issue would be resolved. After several email exchanges, with me honoring the request to send a 10-15 second video of the device refusing to charge properly, my issue was resolved. I received a new unit in the mail within seven days of my initial inquiry. Now, that's what I call a company standing behind its product. That's what I call responsive, professional customer service. I am pleased with my Nexpow experience.

I am so happy with this car jumper. I do not drive but maybe once maybe once a month and lately because of the cold every time I go out, my battery’s dead. I received the product yesterday and went right out and my van started right up. I would recommend this to anyone very easy to use and not real expensive. 🫶🏻💕

This thing is great! It’s small and compact and therefore very portable. You stick it under the seat and you’re ready to go. I live in the desert where high summer temperatures just destroy car batteries. A typical car battery lasts 3 years. This thing is small but effective. Easy to use, lightweight and holds is charge for weeks at a time. Buy it!!

I recently purchased this item and have been pleasantly surprised by its performance, especially considering its incredibly affordable price point. For such a budget-friendly product, the quality of construction is better than expected. It jumped my dead/failing battery 3 times immediately and without fail until I could get around to buying a new car battery. Saving me from being stranded miles from home was well worth the price. Most importantly, it performs exactly as advertised. It does what it’s supposed to do without any fuss, which is all you can ask for. The combination of its low cost and decent build makes it a fantastic value. If you’re looking for something reliable that won’t break the bank, this is a great choice.

This unit was a lifesaver when my car battery died multiple times due to a bad wire. I was able to jump my car myself. Easy to use. Also great as an emergency phone charger. Great customer service as well. The unit stopped working for some reason after almost a year. The company quickly responded to my emails and sent me put a new unit.

This jumper starter saved my bacon more than once and works great. Mine though stopped charging and eventually died. Contacting and getting a replacement from Nexpow was surprisingly painless and the fact they got me a replacement in under a week was fantastic. I haven't needed to use my replacement unit yet but it feels good knowing it's backed by a company that honors their warranty.

This NEXPOW Car Jump Starter is absolutely wonderful! I was a little hesitant to purchase it because it was a lower price compared to some other ones out there, but based on the reviews I had read I decided to give it a try and I am so thankful I purchased it! I bought this on 11/12/2024 at a great price of $59.99, so I have had this for11 months now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have had to use it on my truck battery 3 times over this last winter and it is so easy and quick to use. I love that it has a fail safe feature so if you hook up the jumper cables incorrectly it will not work and the display will light up a different color to let you know of your error. I like that it is lightweight and compact in size so it stores easily in it's original box behind my truck backseat. It jump starts my heavy duty truck battery right away, even one time when the battery was completely dead and gives it a full charge again! I have gotten two jumps out of a single charge easily with still leaving the Jump Starter still at a battery life of approximately 70% left afterwards. I have absolutelyraved about this Jump Starter to all of my family, friends, and anyone that I come across! The only negative thing that I could possibly say is that nothing is labeled on the Jump Starter like advertised and I wish it had a carrying case. I also purchased the additional warranty that was available to buy but haven't had to use it this far. If you are undecided or unsure about purchasing this product don't be, because you will not regret it!
